Natural characteristics analysis of aircraft wing box based on finite element method and measured data
Compared with other mechanical products, aircraft structures have more rigorous requirements on flying performance, safety, reliability and service life. Based on the finite element method (FEM), the key component of the wing box model is explored in this paper, which provides a reference for the structure design and manufacture of aircraft wing box. The three-dimensional point cloud data of components are obtained by optical measurement systems, the deviation analysis between the point cloud model and the nominal model is carried out as a prerequisite, and then the natural characteristics of the model is analyzed. The results show that 99.15 % of the measured points have deviations within 0.38 mm, which verifies the accuracy of the nominal model. The first six modes are all bending modal shape, and the larger amplitude region mainly occurs in the wing ribs, which means its bending strength should be improved for structure design. Besides, the sixth-mode simultaneously result in front spar, stringer and rib bending vibration

Naturally Occurring Lactic Acid Bacteria Isolated from Tomato Pomace Silage
Silage making has become a significant method of forage conservation worldwide. To determine how tomato pomace (TP) may be used effectively as animal feed, it was ensilaged for 90 days and microbiology counts, fermentation characteristics and chemical composition of tomato pomace silage (TPS) were evaluated at the 30th, 60th, and 90th days, respectively. In addition, 103 lactic acid bacteria were isolated from TPS. Based on the phenotypic and chemotaxonomic characteristics, 16S rDNA sequence and carbohydrate fermentation tests, the isolates were identified as 17 species namely: Lactobacillus coryniformis subsp. torquens (0.97%), Lactobacillus pontis (0.97%), Lactobacillus hilgardii (0.97%), Lactobacillus pantheris (0.97%), Lactobacillus amylovorus (1.9%), Lactobacillus panis (1.9%), Lactobacillus vaginalis (1.9%), Lactobacillus rapi (1.9%), Lactobacillus buchneri (2.9%), Lactobacillus parafarraginis (2.9%), Lactobacillus helveticus (3.9%), Lactobacillus camelliae (3.9%), Lactobacillus fermentum (5.8%), Lactobacillus manihotivorans (6.8%), Lactobacillus plantarum (10.7%), Lactobacillus harbinensis (16.5%) and Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei (35.0%). This study has shown that TP can be well preserved for 90 days by ensilaging and that TPS is not only rich in essential nutrients, but that physiological and biochemical properties of the isolates could provide a platform for future design of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) inoculants aimed at improving the fermentation quality of silage

SiC Nanorods Grown on Electrospun Nanofibers Using Tb as Catalyst: Fabrication, Characterization, and Photoluminescence Properties
Well-crystallizedβ-SiC nanorods grown on electrospun nanofibers were synthesized by carbothermal reduction of Tb doped SiO2(SiO2:Tb) nanofibers at 1,250 °C. The as-synthesized SiC nanorods were 100–300 nm in diameter and 2–3 μm in length. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results suggested that the growth of the SiC nanorods should be governed by vapor-liquid-solid (VLS) mechanism with Tb metal as catalyst. Tb(NO3)3particles on the surface of the electrospun nanofibers were decomposed at 500 °C and later reduced to the formation of Tb nanoclusters at 1,200 °C, and finally the formation of a Si–C–Tb ally droplet will stimulate the VLS growth at 1,250 °C. Microstructure of the nanorod was further investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was found that SiC <111> is the preferred initial growth direction. The liquid droplet was identified to be Si86Tb14, which acted as effective catalyst. Strong green emissions were observed from the SiC nanorod samples. Four characteristic photoluminescence (PL) peaks of Tb ions were also identified
A simulation study on the measurement of D0-D0bar mixing parameter y at BES-III
We established a method on measuring the \dzdzb mixing parameter for
BESIII experiment at the BEPCII collider. In this method, the doubly
tagged events, with one decays to
CP-eigenstates and the other decays semileptonically, are used to
reconstruct the signals. Since this analysis requires good separation,
a likelihood approach, which combines the , time of flight and the
electromagnetic shower detectors information, is used for particle
identification. We estimate the sensitivity of the measurement of to be
0.007 based on a fully simulated MC sample.Comment: 6 pages, 7 figure
A novel 7-chemokine-genes predictive signature for prognosis and therapeutic response in renal clear cell carcinoma
Background: Renal clear cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is one of the most prevailing type of malignancies, which is affected by chemokines. Chemokines can form a local network to regulate the movement of immune cells and are essential for tumor proliferation and metastasis as well as for the interaction between tumor cells and mesenchymal cells. Establishing a chemokine genes signature to assess prognosis and therapy responsiveness in ccRCC is the goal of this effort. Methods: mRNA sequencing data and clinicopathological data on 526 individuals with ccRCC were gathered from the The Cancer Genome Atlas database for this investigation (263 training group samples and 263 validation group samples). Utilizing the LASSO algorithm in conjunction with univariate Cox analysis, the gene signature was constructed. The Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database provided the single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data, and the R package “Seurat” was applied to analyze the scRNA-seq data. In addition, the enrichment scores of 28 immune cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME) were calculated using the “ssGSEA” algorithm. In order to develop possible medications for patients with high-risk ccRCC, the “pRRophetic” package is employed. Results: High-risk patients had lower overall survival in this model for predicting prognosis, which was supported by the validation cohort. In both cohorts, it served as an independent prognostic factor. Annotation of the predicted signature’s biological function revealed that it was correlated with immune-related pathways, and the riskscore was positively correlated with immune cell infiltration and several immune checkpoints (ICs), including CD47, PDCD1, TIGIT, and LAG-3, while it was negatively correlated with TNFRSF14. The CXCL2, CXCL12, and CX3CL1 genes of this signature were shown to be significantly expressed in monocytes and cancer cells, according to scRNA-seq analysis. Furthermore, the high expression of CD47 in cancer cells suggested us that this could be a promising immune checkpoint. For patients who had high riskscore, we predicted 12 potential medications. Conclusion: Overall, our findings show that a putative 7-chemokine-gene signature might predict a patient’s prognosis for ccRCC and reflect the disease’s complicated immunological environment. Additionally, it offers suggestions on how to treat ccRCC using precision treatment and focused risk assessment
