Research and Application on Spark Clustering Algorithm in Campus Big Data Analysis

    Get PDF
Big data analysis has penetrated into all fields of society and has brought about profound changes. However, there is relatively little research on big data supporting student management regarding college and university’s big data. Taking the student card information as the research sample, using spark big data mining technology and K-Means clustering algorithm, taking scholarship evaluation as an example, the big data is analyzed. Data includes analysis of students’ daily behavior from multiple dimensions, and it can prevent the unreasonable scholarship evaluation caused by unfair factors such as plagiarism, votes of teachers and students, etc. At the same time, students’ absenteeism, physical health and psychological status in advance can be predicted, which makes student management work more active, accurate and effective

Expression dynamics of phytochrome genes for the shade-avoidance response in densely direct-seeding rice

Because of labor shortages or resource scarcity, direct seeding is the preferred method for rice (Oryza sativa. L) cultivation, and it necessitates direct seeding at the current density. In this study, two density of direct seeding with high and normal density were selected to identify the genes involved in shade-avoidance syndrome. Phenotypic and gene expression analysis showed that densely direct seeding (DDS) causes a set of acclimation responses that either induce shade avoidance or toleration. When compared to normal direct seeding (NDS), plants cultivated by DDS exhibit constitutive shade-avoidance syndrome (SAS), in which the accompanying solar radiation drops rapidly from the middle leaf to the base leaf during flowering. Simulation of shade causes rapid reduction in phytochrome gene expression, changes in the expression of multiple miR156 or miR172 genes and photoperiod-related genes, all of which leads to early flowering and alterations in the plant architecture. Furthermore, DDS causes senescence by downregulating the expression of chloroplast synthesis-related genes throughout almost the entire stage. Our findings revealed that DDS is linked to SAS, which can be employed to breed density-tolerant rice varieties more easily and widely

Group-DIA: analyzing multiple data-independent acquisition mass spectrometry data files

Discovery proteomics has limited quantification capabilities because of stochastic precursor-ion selection. Several data-independent acquisition (DIA) methods have been proposed to overcome this limitation1, 2, 3, 4, including the sequential-window acquisition of all theoretical mass spectra (SWATH-MS)4.the National Science Foundation (NSF) of China (grants 91429301 and 31221065), 973 Program 2015CB553800, National Major Project 2013ZX10002-002, 111 Project B12001, funding from Xiamen City (grant 3502Z20130027) and the NSF of China for Fostering Talents in Basic Research (grant J1310027)

Design and Implementation of a Telemetry System for Microsatellite Operations

    No full text
Small satellites generate lots of telemetry data on orbit. These telemetry data are important for monitoring the health of spacecraft, validating design, and planning operations. As more small satellites are being launched into space, an integrated telemetry system is needed to store, access, and display telemetry data. This thesis presents the author's work in designing and implementing such a system. This telemetry system greatly facilitates checking telemetry data and provides a platform on which automated telemetry monitoring and autonomous operations can be implemented. First, a PostgreSQL database and a back-end interface are described, followed by the front-end components which include a graphical user interface and a visualization tool with Grafana. Then, tools that insert data into the database are presented along with performance benchmarking. Finally, use cases of the telemetry system are presented, including but not limited to telemetry monitoring and telemetry analysis.M.A.S

High Power All-Fiber Supercontinuum System Based on Graded-Index Multimode Fibers

    No full text
An all-fiber supercontinuum source based on graded-index multimode fibers is reported. The supercontinuum source is based on a homemade mode-locked oscillator and a three-stage picosecond amplifier, which obtained the supercontinuum by a graded-index multimode fiber. The laser output with a spectral range of 480–2440 nm, an average power of 25 W, and a repetition frequency of 8.27 MHz is obtained. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest average power for generating a supercontinuum with an all-fiber structure based on the graded-index fiber. The effects of GRIN fiber length and different pump peak powers on the supercontinuum generation are also verified. The results showed that the graded-index multimode fiber can effectively obtain a supercontinuum with high power
