The Influence of Main Bearing Parameters on The Bearing Wear in Rotary Compressor

    Get PDF
The main bearing and sub bearing which support the crankshaft rotation often have wear in the rotary compressor, and the exceptional wear will cause a series of problems which contain the vibration, noises, frictional power rising and reliability reduced. The process of improving the actual exceptional wear problems of bearings is analyzed. And based on the finite element method (FEM), the results of the original and improved bearings are compared with each other; contact stress is chosen to be used to evaluate the wear condition of bearings. Then the influence of height, diameter and clearance of main bearing on the wear of the bearing is analyzed by the accelerated life test and the FEM simulation, and the feasibility of the bearing contact stress to evaluate the wear condition of bearings is further verified, at the same time it provides a theoretical basis for the design of compressor bearing

Optimal Estimation of Derivatives in Nonparametric Regression

Abstract We propose a simple framework for estimating derivatives without fitting the regression function in nonparametric regression. Unlike most existing methods that use the symmetric difference quotients, our method is constructed as a linear combination of observations. It is hence very flexible and applicable to both interior and boundary points, including most existing methods as special cases of ours. Within this framework, we define the variance-minimizing estimators for any order derivative of the regression function with a fixed bias-reduction level. For the equidistant design, we derive the asymptotic variance and bias of these estimators. We also show that our new method will, for the first time, achieve the asymptotically optimal convergence rate for difference-based estimators. Finally, we provide an effective criterion for selection of tuning parameters and demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed method through extensive simulation studies of the firstand second-order derivative estimators

Quantum Instruction Set Design for Performance

A quantum instruction set is where quantum hardware and software meet. We develop new characterization and compilation techniques for non-Clifford gates to accurately evaluate different quantum instruction set designs. We specifically apply them to our fluxonium processor that supports mainstream instruction iSWAP\mathrm{iSWAP} by calibrating and characterizing its square root SQiSW\mathrm{SQiSW}. We measure a gate fidelity of up to 99.72%99.72\% with an average of 99.31%99.31\% and realize Haar random two-qubit gates using SQiSW\mathrm{SQiSW} with an average fidelity of 96.38%96.38\%. This is an average error reduction of 41%41\% for the former and a 50%50\% reduction for the latter compared to using iSWAP\mathrm{iSWAP} on the same processor. This shows designing the quantum instruction set consisting of SQiSW\mathrm{SQiSW} and single-qubit gates on such platforms leads to a performance boost at almost no cost.Comment: 2 figures in main text and 21 figures in Supplementary Materials. ObjectiveTo describe the polymorphisms of gene cassette promoters of the class 1 integron in clinical Proteus isolates and their relationship with antibiotic resistance.MethodsPolymorphisms of the gene cassette promoter in 153 strains of Proteus were analyzed by PCR and nucleotide sequencing. Variable regions of atypical class 1 integrons were detected by inverse PCR and nucleotide sequencing. Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus (ERIC)-PCR was used to analyze the phylogenetic relationships of class 1 integron-positive clinical Proteus isolates. Representative beta-lactamase genes (bla), including blaTEM,blaSHV,blaCTX-M-1,blaCTX-M-2,blaCTX-M-8,blaCTX-M-9,blaCTX-M-25 and blaOXA-1, and plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance (PMQR) genes including qnrA, qnrB, qnrC, qnrD, qnrS, oqxA, oqxB, qepA, and aac(6′)-Ib were also screened using PCR and sequence analysis.ResultsFifteen different gene cassette arrays and 20 different gene cassettes were detected in integron-positive strains. Of them, aadB-aadA2 (37/96) was the most common gene cassette array. Two of these gene cassette arrays (estX-psp-aadA2-cmlA1, estX-psp-aadA2-cmlA1-aadA1a-qacI-tnpA-sul3) have not previously been reported. Three different Pc-P2 variants (PcS, PcWTGN-10, PcH1) were detected among the 96 Proteus strains, with PcH1 being the most common (49/96). Strains carrying the promoters PcS or PcWTGN-10 were more resistant to sulfamethoxazole, gentamicin and tobramycin than those carrying PcH1. Strains with weak promoter (PcH1) harbored significantly more intra- and extra-integron antibiotic resistance genes than isolates with strong promoter (PcWTGN-10). Further, among 153 isolates, representative beta-lactamase genes were detected in 70 isolates (blaTEM-1, 54; blaOXA-1, 40; blaCTX-M-3, 12; blaCTX-M-14, 12; blaCTX-M-65, 5; blaCTX-M-15, 2) and representative PMQR genes were detected in 87 isolates (qnrA, 6; qnrB, 3; qnrC, 5; qnrD, 46; qnrS, 5; oqxA, 7; aac(6′)-Ib, 13; aac(6′)-Ib-cr, 32).ConclusionTo the best of our knowledge, this study provides the first evidence for polymorphisms of the class 1 integron variable promoter in clinical Proteus isolates, which generally contain relatively strong promoters. Resistance genotypes showed a higher coincidence rate with the drug-resistant phenotype in strong-promoter-containing strains, resulting in an ability to confer strong resistance to antibiotics among host bacteria and a relatively limited ability to capture gene cassettes. Moreover, strains with relatively weak integron promoters can “afford” a heavier “extra-integron antibiotic resistance gene load”. Furthermore, the gene cassettes estX, psp and the gene cassette arrays estX-psp-aadA2-cmlA1, estX-psp-aadA2-cmlA1-aadA1a-qacI-tnpA-sul3 have been confirmed for the first time in clinical Proteus isolates. Beta-lactamase genes and PMQR were investigated, and blaTEM-1 and blaOXA-1 were the most common, with qnrD and aac (6′)-Ib-cr also being dominant

高齢者腎臓病を悪化させる原因細胞・分子の同定に成功. 京都大学プレスリリース. 2021-11-30.A new drug target for kidney disease. 京都大学プレスリリース. 2021-11-30.Tertiary lymphoid tissues (TLTs) facilitate local T- and B-cell interactions in chronically inflamed organs. However, the cells and molecular pathways that govern TLT formation are poorly defined. Here we identify TNF superfamily CD153-CD30 signaling between two unique age-dependent lymphocyte subpopulations, CD153⁺PD-1⁺CD4⁺ senescence-associated T (SAT) cells and CD30+T-bet+ age-associated B cells (ABCs), as a driver for TLT expansion. SAT cells, which produced ABC-inducing factors IL21 and IFNγ, and ABCs progressively accumulated within TLTs in aged kidneys after injury. Notably, in kidney injury models, CD153 or CD30 deficiency impaired functional SAT cell induction, which resulted in reduced ABC numbers and attenuated TLT formation with improved inflammation, fibrosis and renal function. Attenuated TLT formation after transplantation of CD153-deficient bone marrow further supported the importance of CD153 in immune cells. Clonal analysis revealed that SAT cells and ABCs in the kidneys arose from both local differentiation and recruitment from the spleen. In the synovium of aged rheumatoid arthritis patients, T peripheral helper/T follicular helper cells and ABCs also expressed CD153 and CD30, respectively. Together, our data reveal a previously unappreciated function of CD153-CD30 signaling in TLT formation and propose targeting CD153-CD30 signaling pathway as a therapeutic target for slowing kidney disease progression

Proton pitch angle distributions in the Martian induced magnetosphere: A survey of Tianwen-1 Mars Ion and Neutral Particle Analyzer observations

The pitch angle distributions of ions and electrons can be affected by various processes; thus, they can serve as an important indicator of the physical mechanisms driving the dynamics of space plasmas. From observations from the Mars Ion and Neutral Particle Analyzer onboard the Tianwen-1 orbiter, we calculated the pitch angle distributions of protons in the Martian induced magnetosphere by using information from the magnetohydrodynamically simulated magnetic field, and we statistically analyzed the spatial occurrence pattern of different types of pitch angle distributions. Even though no symmetrical features were seen in the dataset, we found the dominance of the field-aligned distribution type over the energy range from 188 to 6232 eV. Maps of the occurrence rate showed the preferential presence of a trapped-like distribution at the lower altitudes of the surveyed nightside region. Although our results are more or less restricted by the adopted magnetic field, they indicate the complexity of the near-Mars proton pitch angle distributions and infer the possibility of wave–particle interactions in the Martian induced magnetosphere
