    General stationary charged black holes as charged particle accelerators

    We study the possibility of getting infinite energy in the center of mass frame of colliding charged particles in a general stationary charged black hole. For black holes with two-fold degenerate horizon, it is found that arbitrary high center-of-mass energy can be attained, provided that one of the particle has critical angular momentum or critical charge, and the remained parameters of particles and black holes satisfy certain restriction. For black holes with multiple-fold degenerate event horizons, the restriction is released. For non-degenerate black holes, the ultra-high center-of-mass is possible to be reached by invoking the multiple scattering mechanism. We obtain a condition for the existence of innermost stable circular orbit with critical angular momentum or charge on any-fold degenerate horizons, which is essential to get ultra-high center-of-mass energy without fine-tuning problem. We also discuss the proper time spending by the particle to reach the horizon and the duality between frame dragging effect and electromagnetic interaction.     Assessment of diagnostic value of age for meridional amblyopia with Logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic curve

    AIM: To assess the diagnostic value of age for meridional amblyopia by Logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.<p>METHODS: A total of 1 005 children(1 910 eyes)with unknown ocular abnormalities other than with-the-rule astigmatism(aged 4-8 years)were recruited. Astigmatism >or =1.00D and sphere < or = 3.00D were present in one or both eyes. The difference of sphere between both eyes was less 1.50D. The difference of astigmatism between both eyes was less 1.00D. All astigmatism was calculated by the absolute value. By analyzing age, sex, astigmatism type, diopter of cylinder and diopter of sphere with Logistic regression, two mathematical models were established. Then the diagnostic efficacy of the model was assessed using the ROC curve.<p>RESULTS: The model 1 included 4 parameters(sex, astigmatism type, diopter of cylinder and diopter of sphere). The model 2 included 5 parameters(the 4 parameters of the model 1 adding age). Using Logistic regression, the diopter of cylinder had an influence on the diagnosis of meridional amblyopia in two models. In model 2, age was another influencing factor on the diagnosis of meridional amblyopia. The model 1 area under ROC curve(AUC)was 0.64, and the model 2 was 0.74. The area of model 2 was greater than the model 1. There was statistical difference in the AUC of two models(<i>P</i><0.05).<p>CONCLUSION: Age might be an influential factor on the diagnosis of meridional amblyopia using Logistic regression and ROC curve

    目的  探讨日点评分析法对心血管重症监护室内病人护理质量的提高及对护士日常工作规范的重要性。方法  每日医护书面晨交班后,利用30min时间,由护士长主持,首先,根据医护晨交班的内容对于监护室内的病人基本病情请每位责任护士对自己所管的病人病情进行描述,责任组长补充,尤其对现存或潜在的护理问题重点指出。其次,根据病人的诊断、手术后的护理重点、现存或潜在的护理问题并结合国内外护理动态向当天值班的护士讲解。最后,根据病人术后恢复情况及病情向责任护士交待每位病人应观察的重点;向监护室的行政组长交待督导的重点、存在的安全隐患等。结果  医护满意度、 患者满意度、核心护理质量指标与去年同期相比均有较大幅度的提高。压疮、意外拔管、坠床等不良事件发生率均为零。结论  日点评分析法启用以来调动了护士的积极性。对于一些理论知识欠缺或临床经验较少的护士是一个很好的学习机会。使护士能够有重点的观察处理病人。并对当天的工作有非常周密的安排。Objective: To explore the effect of daily review method on normalization of nurses’ daily work as well as the improvement of the quality of nursing in the cardiovascular intensive patients at ICU. Methods: The head nurse hosts the daily review, to fully use of 30 minutes, after handover of medical records in the morning. First of all, every nurse is required to describe the basic conditions of the patients in ICU according to the contents of medical records, the leader added, especially for existing or potential problems. Second, explain patient’s diagnosis, the key points of nursing after operation, the existing or potential nursing problems combined with the domestic and international nursing trends to the nurse on duty. Finally, teach the nurse in charge the priority during observation according to the patient’s postoperative recovery and the condition of the patient, and explain to the chief executive of ICU about the focus of monitor, the existence of security risks. Results: Health care satisfaction, patient satisfaction, core quality of care and quality indicators were significantly improved compared with the previous year. The incidence of adverse events such as pressure ulcer, accidental extubation and falling bed were all zero. Conclusion: Daily review analysis method could mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, provides a good learning opportunity for nurses with a lack of theoretical knowledge and clinical experience. It enables nurses to mask focused observation and treatment of patients. And it facilitates a very thorough arrangement of the nurses.

    Sparse Signal Reconstruction Based on Multiparameter Approximation Function with Smoothed l

    The smoothed l0 norm algorithm is a reconstruction algorithm in compressive sensing based on approximate smoothed l0 norm. It introduces a sequence of smoothed functions to approximate the l0 norm and approaches the solution using the specific iteration process with the steepest method. In order to choose an appropriate sequence of smoothed function and solve the optimization problem effectively, we employ approximate hyperbolic tangent multiparameter function as the approximation to the big “steep nature” in l0 norm. Simultaneously, we propose an algorithm based on minimizing a reweighted approximate l0 norm in the null space of the measurement matrix. The unconstrained optimization involved is performed by using a modified quasi-Newton algorithm. The numerical simulation results show that the proposed algorithms yield improved signal reconstruction quality and performance
