    The Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya as one of the collages in Indonesia is obliged to carry out the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, that were education, research, and community Service. In the activities of research and community service, The Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya has formed department that called Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PPM). The problems that occurs was PPM Department hasn\u27t media for monitoring performance and also have experienced complication in collecting data because of two separate data sources from The Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya and the Directorate of Higher Education (Dikti). Dikti provides facility in the form of a web service portal Management Information System for Research and Community Service (SIM-LITABMAS) to retrieve data on research and community service. The solution offered is to build a dashboard that can display performance information visually of PPM Department in accordance with performance indicators. Additionally to build a system that can synchronize data with SIM-LITABMAS via web service. The research proves that through performance dashboard for research and community service has been created, PPM Department can synchronize data with web service of SIM-LITABMAS and than see the performance of PPM Department interactively according to performance indicators

    Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Mitra is a cooperative that located at Genteng, Banyuwangi. KSU Mitra have a loan services products to their member. KSU Mitra using the principles of 5C assessment to assess worthiness of the loan application. The existing conditions, the principle of 5C assessment not fully performed. This led to the credit risk on loans granted. This occurs because the assessment process is not recorded. And the recording of loan payments still recorded in simple manner. To resolve the issue then assessment worthiness of loan giving and loan payments recording is made. Applications are made to assess the worthiness of loan giving based on the principles of 5C and can handle the recording of loan payments. Based on trial results that have been done, can be concluded that this application complies with the expected goals. This application has been able to assess the worthiness of loan giving based on the principles of 5C assessment and recorded the loan payments on KSU Mitra

    Institute for Business and Information Technology, hereinafter referred Stikom Surabaya is one of the private universities. To support the Tri Dharma College Stikom Surabaya has a Research and Community Service (PPM). Constraints existing at the time of submission of the proposal that still use hardcopy, so it takes at the time of assessment because the operator must distribute the proposal which led to the reviewer can not immediately make an assessment. Announcement of the results of the assessment and the schedule operator exposure is done through email one by one from the registration file for support, so the announcement process takes time. Making the report was done by looking at the file registration and assessment unprocessed. Those problems can be solved by the creation of applications that can simplify the submission of proposals to the final report, as well as help improve service to the proposer, reviewer and leadership in conducting administrative activities PPM management. After testing it can be concluded that the applications made to assist and accelerate the process of administrative activities PPM. In addition computerized registration is done so as to reduce the use of paper (paperless) and pelayanaan registration and assessment can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This application provides information about the activity of the faculty in conducting research and community service

    Computer Laboratory (Labkom) STMIK STIKOM Surabaya supported by the infrastructure of Information Technology (IT) for running the business process services Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT). IT infrastructure can't be separated of an event, such as the reduced capacity of the hard disk server, weakened network speed, decreased of computer performances, and other events. The problem faced Labkom is didn't have event management, so the impact on the delivery of IS/IT services because they still find the user can't access the website practicum, can't upload the result of practicum, some softwares can't run well, and another impacts. Based on these problems need an Event Management then organized and managed so as to produce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This Event Management used by Labkom to prevent the impact of the event so that IS/IT services can be delivered. The SOP design refers to the Policy of Services IS/IT Labkom and ITIL V3 Service Operation phase, particularly on Event Management process. The results of this research are five SOP, eight Work Instructions, nine Work Records which serves to manage events, and Event Management Guide which used as a reference in improving service of Labkom

    Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang (DPUCKTR) East Java Province is a department that has important role in government budget allocation in General works department. There are 2 business processes, they are incoming and outgoing letters recording. The business process of incoming and outgoing letters is started from the entry of a letter to the administration department, later it is recorded in the controller list to be archieved next. Incoming letters go to the recipient while outgoing letters are sent to the addressed other department or office. The problems that often happen in the company are (1) the management process of the letter takes time and less effective. Considering, there are still numbers of letters that need to be recorded. (2) the saving process of letters archieve storage is susceptible lost, thereby inhibiting letters search.(3) distribution process manually by visiting the stakeholder is susceptible to the late submission of the letters. (4) There is no letters report yet, either monthly or annually. The design of administrative correspondence application is a required application for secretariat in managing the letters .This application is able to facilitate the secretariat in receipt of incoming letters to send outgoing letters as well as the distribution of the letters too. Based on the result of experiment performed, it can be concluded that the system created to help general works department until the letters are distributed

    STIKOM surabaya are the institutions that moves that puts forward in the fields of information and technology education. This is proven by the facilities and infrastructure that education be able to support the entire process. One of them is computer laboratories (labkom) that are located on the floor blue of stikom six buildings of surabaya. Labkom ever happened incident power lines fell, the incident had an impact on server down, and all the activity of going on labkom come to rest and wait for the recovery of server. The handling of the incident is now only management knowledge based server. Server added management if there is an incident recording and the provisin of this was not conducted the status of resolution, so if the incident happen then have to wait staff who know the improvement of the incident. The incident happened chronicled in detail should be complete by the time the events of server management.
