Research on administrative management of case handling and cadre forming on legal aid organization is related to access to justice in Yogyakarta Special Region aimed to know the system of cadre forming, management and inhibiting factor of free legal aid funding for the poor. This type of research is empirical juridical with qualitative descriptive analysis method The result of this research is pattern of cadre forming in legal aid organization in using system designed independently by each legal aid organization. The management of case handling in the legal aid organization uses internal rules that are prepared independently in each OBH. The inhibiting factor in the provision and legal aid services of legal aid organization is the inability of justice seekers in completing the administrative requirements that is required by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and the lack of socialization to the community regarding free legal aid services. The formulated suggestion is the formation of cadre pattern standardization on legal aid organization. Case handling management of legal aid organization should be developed using standard operational procedure. In overcoming the inhibiting factors in the provision and legal assistance services of legal aid organization. The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Regional Office should undertake more massive efforts in the socialization of legal aid and simplify the rules on administrative files of free legal aid services for the poor

Peningkatan Keaktifan dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika dengan Talking Stick pada Siswa Kelas VII F SMP N 2 Srandakan

The purpose the research to improve the activity and achievement of learning mathematics with the Talking Stick method in class VII F SMP N 2 Srandakan. The type of this research is a classroom action research. The subject of the research are the students grade VII F SMP N 2 Srandakan it consists of 24 students. The object of this research is activity and achievement of learning mathematics with the Talking Stick method. The result of the study shows that after this learning model, students’ activity and achievement has an increase. Students’ activity has increase in pre cycle from 56,25% become 64,93% and an increase in cycle II become 72,92%. Beside that the subjection average of students achievement has an increase in pre cycle shows 53,43 with Minimum Completenes Criteria ‘KKM’ is 12,5% consists of 3 students. In cycle I has an increase become 66,94 with KKM is 41,67% consist of 10 students where as in cycle II shows the increasa become 82,54 with KKM is 75% consist of 18 students. In pre cycle to cycle I there are 2 students whose value is fixed and the 22 students has increased. Then in cycle I to cycle II there are 1 student whose value is fixed and the 23 students has increased

Penerapan Strategi Pemasaran Produk Hasil Pemanfaatan Limbah Rumah Tangga Masyarakat Desa Cicalengka Rt 002 Rw 002 Kecamatan Pagedangan

Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat dalam memasarkan produk hasil pemanfataan limbah rumah tangga di Desa Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan melalui penerapan strategi pemasaran produk. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimulai dengan tahap persiapan dan survei lapangan. Tahap survei ini dimulai dengan berdiskusi langsung bersama kepala Desa Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, peluang, dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Setelah materi selesai dipaparkan, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi berupa tanya jawab antara pemateri dengan peserta. Diskusi dilakukan agar peserta lebih memahami materi yang telah disampaikan. Melalui diskusi, sosialisasi tidak hanya sekedar transfer knowledge saja melainkan dapat sharing pengalaman maupun permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai berikut: Pengetahuan peserta dalam hal ini warga di Desa Cicalengka RT 002/RW 002 Kecamatan Pagedangan mengenai startegi pemasaran poduk sebelum kegiatan PKM mayoritas berada di kategori kurang memahami. Setelah kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dan pemaparan materi disampaikan, diketahui bahwa pengetahuan peserta mengenai strategi pemasaran setelah disampaikan semakin meningkat
