    Analisis Pengaruh Total Returns Terhadap Tingkat Engagement Dosen Institut Teknologi Bandung

    Human resources aspect is one of crusial support in applying 'tridharma perguruan tinggi', includes ITB. ITB human resources management as well, especially to the lecturer as intellectual asset, will provide great added value to ITB. The establishment of the ITB lecturers' engagement must be pursued continuously. This research aims to determine the effect of total returns which includes compensation, state/recognition, and development opportunities to ITB's faculty engagement. The study used questionnaire which is spread to the lecturers in 12 Faculty/School at ITB. Respondent selected by simple random sampling method. Multiple regression analysis was used to estimate and test the model. The result of this study showed that recognition as independent variable had significantly affected the level of employee engagement. Whereas, compensation and development opportunity variables did not significantly affect ITB's lecturer engagement. The effect of moderator, age and tenure showed by as long as age and tenure increase, employee engagement was raised equally to compensation measurement. Result indicated that age and tenure positively influenced relationships between compensation and employee engagement but did not affect the relationships between recognition and development opportunity with employee engagement

    All enterprises must be trying to deliver their products to consumers with the right time, right quality, and the right price. One of the method is choosing the best expedition services from the firm outer. Thus, expedition services selection is an important aspect to improve enterprises' logistics performance. The research was done in PT Aries Indo Global Semarang, a cell phone assembly enterprise. The purpose of this research is determining which criteria is more important than the others in an expedition services selection. Therefore, these criteria used to evaluate each expedition services so the best expedition services is obtained. Methods used in this research is analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Research conducted using pairwise comparison to experts through questionnaire. The result of this research is price criteria is more important in an expedition services selection compared than responsiveness, previous experiences, and services quality. Then on responsiveness sub-criteria, response to defect claim is more important than response order and tracking order. While on services quality sub-criteria, not losing products is more important than on-time delivery and not defect products. These criteria and sub-criteria used to evaluate expedition services then the best expedition services is obtained which is FPE

    Analisis Survival pada Pasien Penderita Sindrom Koroner Akut di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya Tahun 2013 Menggunakan Regresi Cox Proportional Hazard

    Berdasarkan diagnosis dan gejala, estimasi jumlah penderita Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) terbanyak di Indonesia adalah Provinsi Jawa Timur sebanyak 375.127 orang (1,3%). Diantara beberapa diagnosis, jenis PJK yang paling berbahaya adalah Sindrom Koroner Akut (SKA) karena dapat menyebabkan kematian dalam waktu 15 hingga 30 menit sejak serangan nyeri pertama. Oleh sebab itu, penanganan pasien SKA harus secepat mungkin dengan selalu memperhatikan laju perbaikan klinis pasien. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju perbaikan klinis pasien SKA di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Salah satu analisis statistika yang dapat digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut adalah analisis survival dengan model regresi Cox Proportional Hazard. Analisis survival merupakan suatu metode statistik dimana outcome variabel yang diperhatikan adalah waktu hingga terjadinya suatu kejadian (event) atau sering disebut waktu survival, sedangkan regresi Cox Proportional Hazard merupakan salah satu regresi semiparametrik dimana variabel responnya berupa waktu survival. Setelah dilakukan analisis, diperoleh kesimpulan pada hari ke-5 hingga hari ke-10 peluang pasien tidak mengalami perbaikan klinis cukup kecil. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi laju perbaikan klinis pasien SKA adalah status penyakit dislipidemia, diabetes melitus, hipertensi dan profil hemodinamik. Dan laju perbaikan klinis pasien SKA semakin meningkat dari hari ke-0 hingga hari ke-8, kemudian konstan pada hari ke-8 hingga hari ke-11, lalu turun setelah hari ke-11

    Background :Asphyxia neonatorum is a state where the the newborn baby is not able tobreathe spontaneously and regularly after birth. Factors that influence the incidence of asphxia neonatorum maternal Age, gestational age, parity, the distance the weight of pregnancy, the baby is born (BBL). The purpose of this research is to know the factors associated with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum in the jasmine room at Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal hospital. Methods : this study is a kind of correlation  approach to research retrospective. The population of the study all infants who suffered asphxia of jasmine in the room as much as 377. Using the technique of sampling a total aside. Results : the results of the statistical test of Chi-Square, the relationship between age of asphxia neonatorum with moms in mind r-Value of 0,000 (< 0,05), the relationship between age of pregnancy asphyxia neonatorum with know r-Value of 0,000 (< 0,05), the relationship between asphyxia neonatorum with parity known r-Value of 0,000 (< 0,05), the relation between distance of pregnancy with asphyxia neonatorum r-Value of 0,000 (< 0,05), the relationsip between asphyxia neonatorum with BBL known r-Value of 0,000 (< 0,05). Conclusion : there is a relationship between the mother's Age, gestational age, parity, the distance the weight of pregnancy, the baby is born (BBL) with asphyxia neonatorum in the jasmine room at Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal hospital
