The HRM encompasses a broad variety of topics, including preparation, recruiting, workforce relations and organisational growth. The people in any organisation are a wealth of information and experience. Acquisition of certain workers by recruiting thus plays a major role today. The implementation method for e-recruitment practices is the reason behind the success of organisational performance. The recruiting method used to be longer and entailed a great deal of paperwork for recruiters, but it began evolving steadily as online recruitment became more widespread. In recent years, a study has been carried out on integrating these two essential facets of HRM and technology due to technical developments. Studies are typically carried out about how technologies will render the hiring phase easier and optimised. The research implemented a mixed approach methodology throughout conducting interviews and questionnaires over a defined number of respondents in High Schools. The survey had been distributed using google forms, and the interviews had been conducted through zoom meeting due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The results proved a direct relationship between the implementation of e-recruitment in School and employee performance

Successful leaders are facilitators who specifically target skilled and committed workers. Studies in organizational psychology and the research on an organizations actions suggest that management styles and staff motivation are key factors of business performance or failure. This study aimed to study the influence of leadership on the performance of employers in the education ministry and higher education of Somaliland and to define four types, namely, autocratic, transformational, democratic and transactional leadership. This study analyzed the effects of leadership styles on employee efficiency. The final findings have shown that the autocratic leadership model has a detrimental effect on the departments efficiency, which is reflected in high absenteeism, poor morale, decline of job satisfaction, and rotation. The application of egalitarian, transformative and transactional leaders have a positive and important effect on the success of workers assessed by the high morale, efficiency, engagement, and dedication of the employees. The analysis aimed to explore the impact of leadership styles on employee achievement in the Somaliland Ministry of Education and Superior Studies and to define four major styles: autocratic, transformative, democratic and transactional management styles. Consequently, it is possible to assume that democratic, transactional and disruptive leadership has a positive connection to employee performance. In contrast, autocratic models often have a negative relation to employee results. It should also follow and further enhance its powerful aspects of practicing those features of democratic leadership that contribute positively to the companys success

The thesiss main purpose is to focus shared services on multinationals operating in different countries and take the automation process as a new way of increasing profit and cutting costs. However, on the other hand, the effect of automation on employment will be targeted. The thesis project is focused on papers that detail the above measures. They are combined, and the primary goal of the analysis is to illustrate that technology cannot substitute people. Does the research include the methodology for determining what a study report is? And what are the numerous kinds? Finally, it is shown that automation is efficient for businesses but cannot replace people on the other hand because creativity and the ability to develop new processes can never be at hand. We chose AZADEA for research support. We interviewed the operations manager and HR team semi-structured to show that although the shared service process is being implemented, it is important to keep our staff there

The common viewpoint of the internal accounting activities must be rejuvenated. It is about performing the conventional audit, but rather a wider outlook and a much greater position in improving organizations strategic priorities. Furthermore, considering their indispensable critical position in controlling enforcement, performance, and efficiency, it is different than everybody thinks of external auditors (CPAs) that execute a financial and accounting audit. The internal audit is an impartial, analytical assurance and advisory service intended to add value and optimize a companys activities. The internal audit covers a broad range of forms, such as the audit of conformity, organizational audit, financial audit, I.T. audit, economy and performance auditing, environmental audit, etc. How does the transition from a classical point of view of human resource management to a modern view of human resources experts core position as strategic collaborators turn the internal audit into a strategy analyst, display leadership, and deeply build a direction within organizational risk management? The study would also discuss data and interpretation and hypotheses to offer a deeper explanation and change stakeholders perceptions

Rare Earth Market, Electric Vehicles and Future Mobility Index: A Time-Frequency Analysis with Portfolio Implications

    No full text
This study investigates the co-movements between the Solactive Electric Vehicle and Future Mobility Index (EVFMI) and multiple rare earth elements (REEs). We applied a TVP-VAR model and bivariate wavelet coherence approach to capture co-movements both in the time and frequency domain considering short-, medium- and long-term investment horizons. Using daily returns from 1 June 2012 to 4 June 2021, the results of the TVP-VAR model show that individual REEs and the EVFMI have strong return connectedness and are heterogenous over time. The bivariate wavelet coherence approach reveals that Dysprosium, Neodymium, Praseodymium and Terbium returns have positive co-movement (in-phase) with the EVFMI in the medium-term and long-term. In contrast, Cerium, Europium, Lanthanum and Yttrium returns have negative co-movements (out-phase) with the EVFMI in the medium-term and long-term. We find strong positive co-movements between the MVIS Global Rare Earth/Strategic Metals Index (MVREMX) and EVFMI at multiple wavelet scales. Following the lead/lag relationship, Cerium, Europium and Lanthanum, Yttrium returns are leading the EVFMI, and Neodymium, Dysprosium, Praseodymium, Terbium and MVREMX returns are lagging to the EVFMI. This study, therefore, suggests heterogenous hedging and diversification properties of REEs over time and investment horizons. Specifically, Cerium, Europium, Lanthanum and Yttrium act as strong hedges in long-term investment horizons and Neodymium, Dysprosium, Praseodymium and Terbium are weak hedges or diversifiers in short-term investment horizons. These results may be of particular interest to investors and relevant to policymakers considering multiple investment horizons

The population of the study was professionals working in public and private sector organizations. Non-probability snowball technique was used. Data was collected from 512 professionals. A total of 653 questionnaires were distributed and 512 were used in the analysis yielding a response rate of 78.4%. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data. Measurement and structural models were developed to test the reliability, and validity of the scales as well as hypotheses. Findings of the measurement model revealed that scales were reliable and valid while results of the structural model revealed that narcissism, psychopathy, COVID loneliness, and ASMR have a significant direct impact on anxiety disorder but Machiavellianism does not have a significant effect on anxiety disorder. In addition, COVID loneliness and ASMR mediated between narcissism and psychopathy but do not significantly mediate between Machiavellianism and anxiety disorder. The current study has extended the body of knowledge by bridging the two theories theory of attachment and cognitive dissonance theory. The current study has provided the primary evidence that COVID loneliness increases anxiety while ASMR (audio-visual) tingling sensations help to reduce anxiety disorder.Peer reviewe
