    This study aims to examine the effect of ethics education, self-efficacy, religiosity, and cheating behavior on the academic achievement of accounting students in the faculty of economics and business, Muhammadiyah University, Surakarta. This research uses quantitative methods using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study are accounting students in the economics and business faculties. The number of samples in this study were 79 respondents. Methods of collecting samples of convenience sampling techniques, the number of samples is determined by the Slovin formula. The analytical tools used include validity and reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, f tests, t tests, R² tests.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: Self efficacy variable has a positive effect on academic achievement. While the variables of ethics education, religiosity, and cheating behavior did not affect academic achievement
