Parametric oscillations in planetary wheel gearboxes

Разработана математическая модель параметрических колебаний в планетарных колесных редукторах (ПКР) троллейбусов. Модель учитывает циклические деформации тонкостенного обода и зубьев в зацеплении эпицикла с сателлитами. Дифференциальное уравнение колебаний эпицикла приведено к виду уравнений Матье-Хилла с переменными периодическими коэффициентами. На основании диаграммы Айнса-Стретта определены области неустойчивости параметрических колебаний "критериального элемента" – тонкостенного эпицикла для прямозубых и косозубых передач с учетом влияния зазоров в зацеплениях. Установлены диапазоны значений критических скоростей движения троллейбусов, соответствующие проявлению первых трех параметрических резонансов эпицикла ПКР в составе конструкций ведущих мостов 1-го и 3-го поколений известных фирм-производителей. Обоснован критерий виброустойчивости эпицикла, установлены расчетные значения вероятности параметрических резонансов. Теоретически подтвержден положительный эффект от применения косозубого зацепления в ПКР, что обеспечивает минимальную глубину пульсации жесткости, сужение области неустойчивости параметрических колебаний эпицикла, уменьшает вероятность зарождения и развития усталостных трещин.A mathematical model of parametric oscillations in the planetary wheel gearboxes (PWG) of the trolley buses has been developed. The model takes into account the cyclic deformations of a thin-walled rim and teeth in the meshing of the epicycle with the satellites. The differential equation of the oscillations of the epicycle is reduced to the form of the Mathieu-Hill equations with variable periodic coefficients. On the basis of the Ains-Strett diagram, regions of instability of parametric oscillations of the "criteria element" – a thin-walled epicycle for spur and helical gears are determined, taking into account the influence of gaps in the gears. The ranges of values of the critical velocities of the trolley buses corresponding to the manifestation of the first three parametric resonances of the PWG epicycle in the structure of the traction bridges of the 1st and 3rd generations of well known manufacturing companies are established. The criterion of the vibration stability of the epicycle is substantiated, the calculated values of the probabilities of parametric resonances are established. Theoretically, the positive effect of helical engagement in PWG has been confirmed, which provides a minimum depth of hardness pulsation, a narrowing of the instability region of parametric oscillations of the epicycle, reduces the probability of nucleation and development of fatigue cracks

Akteurslogiken bei kommunalen Integrationspolitiken für Geflüchtete in Nordrhein-Westfälischen Groß- und Kleinstädten

Mit dem deutlichen Anstieg der Zuwanderung Geflüchteter seit Mitte der 2010er-Jahre stehen die Städte und Gemeinden mit ihrer kommunalen Ausländer- und Migrationspolitik vor neuen Herausforderungen der gesellschaftlichen Integration. Die Bewältigung dieser Herausforderungen erfolgt im Zusammenspiel verschiedener, zum Teil neuer lokaler Akteure aus dem öffentlichen (z. B. kommunale Verwaltung, Wohlfahrtsorganisationen), privatwirtschaftlichen (z. B. Arbeitgeber) und zivilgesellschaftlichen Bereich (z. B. ehrenamtliche Initiativen). In diesem Beitrag werden die verschiedenen Logiken zentraler, am Integrationsprozess beteiligter Akteure beleuchtet, um aufzuzeigen, wer unter welchen Voraussetzungen die Integrationsbedingungen vor Ort in welcher Weise gestaltet und steuert. Die Untersuchung wurde in zwei unterschiedlichen lokalen Kontexten, der Stadt Köln und dem Kreis Heinsberg, mit dem Ziel durchgeführt, Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten lokaler Governance aufzuzeigen. Die Ergebnisse beruhen auf 29 Experteninterviews mit Vertretern der Stadt- und Kreisverwaltungen, der Stadtgesellschaften und der Landesebene, die im Rahmen beruflicher oder ehrenamtlicher Tätigkeit am Integrationsprozess Geflüchteter beteiligt sind. Im Ergebnis zeigen sich bei einigen Maßnahmen der Integrationspolitik verschiedene Handlungslogiken. Dies trifft erstens für das Verhältnis zwischen staatlichen Akteuren der Bundes- und Landesebene und kommunalen Akteuren zu. Dies trifft zweitens aber auch auf das Verhältnis zwischen kommunalen und zivilgesellschaftlichen Akteuren zu. Dabei spielen die räumlichen und situativen Kontexte eine differenzierende Rolle.With the significant increase in immigration of refugees since the mid-2010s, cities and municipalities are facing new challenges of social integration with their local policies on foreigners and migration. These challenges are handled through the interaction of various, in part new, local actors from the public sector (e.g. municipal administration, welfare organisations), the commercial sector (e.g. employers) and the civil society (e.g. voluntary initiatives). In this paper, the different logics of central actors involved in the integration processes are examined in order to show who creates and controls the local integration conditions under which preconditions. The study was conducted in two different local contexts, the city of Cologne and the district of Heinsberg, with the aim of highlighting differences and similarities in local governance. The results are based on 29 expert interviews with representatives of the city administrations, the civil society and experts of the state level who are involved in the integration process of refugees due to their professional or voluntary work. Different logics can be identified. Firstly, this applies to the relationship between state actors at the federal and state levels and local actors. The spatial effects depend on the specific situation at the respective location. The basic tendency is to expect a thinning out and polarisation of the urban centre systems: A few town centres with a special experiential character will assert themselves as retail locations and will be able to further distinguish themselves, in other locations the task of local supply will move into the focus in the future, and some town centres will lose their supply function. But even or especially in a digital world: Town centres are not a obsolescent model! On the contrary, the current developments can be the starting line for multifunctional locations to emerge that exude appeal for people and stay generally attractive.
