    This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction inpatient at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar. The sample in this study amounted to 120 consumers at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique using nonprobability sampling insidental method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.
