Pengaturan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Solok Nomor 6 Tahun 2002 Tentang Berpakaian Muslim dan Muslimah dalam Perspektif Hukum Ketatanegaraan Indonesia

The issuance of various shariah based ordinances in many provinces and residences across the country, such as those which have been issued in Solok Residence, namely ordinance no. 6 of 2002 on Moslem Attire, may lead to the violence against the rights of the religion’s adherents to be protected by the state in serving religious tenets. If such kind ordinances let to be issued more, may lead to the disintegrate of the country.

The Gain of Inflectional Morphemes in Students' Essay at the Third Semester of English Education Program of Education University of Muhammadiyah Sorong

The objective of this research was to find out what types of inflectional morphemes the students had used. The data was analyzed through the following steps:(1) calculating the inflectional morphemes found in the students' essay (2) making the percentage of the presence of inflectional morphemes taken from the three types of writing task (3) compare the more dominant presence of the morphemes among the three types of writing task. This research is conducted for (4) writing meeting at the third semester of English Education Program. They use different number of inflections with different writing strategy. The finding about the best writing strategy and the strategy of acquiring inflection are expected to improve the students' skill in writing. The result of meeting one (-s1=5, - s2=57, -s3=15, -ing1=33, -ed=6, -en=23,-est=2, -er=6) with total inflection is 146 with a percentage of 19.3; The result of meeting two (s1=3, -s2=115, -s3=5, -ing1=47, -ed=7, -en=13,-est=4, -er= 7) with total inflection is 201 with a percentage of 26.5;  The conclusion is the appearance of the dominant inflection is the Plural inflection. From the result, the students can learn how to apply the morphemes in appropriate contexts and use of inflectional morphemes based on the contexts

Implementasi Kegiatan REDD+ pada Kawasan Konservasi di Indonesia

Reducing Emission from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD+) adalah mekanisme yang sedang dibangun di tingkat global sebagai kegiatan mitigasi Perubahan iklim sektor kehutanan. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi tentang ketentuan/peraturan penyelenggaraan kegiatan REDD+ di tingkat nasional, aspek metodologi di tingkat global serta pembelajaran dari implementasi Demonstration Activities REDD di kawasan konservasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan berbagai peraturan dan petunjuk teknis terkait REDD+ termasuk pada kawasan konservasi. Namun sejalan dengan perkembangan yang terjadi, peraturan ini perlu diperbaharui atau direvisi. Metodologi implementasi REDD+ telah tersedia yang didasarkan kepada IPCC Guideline, dan tidak spesifik untuk kawasan konservasi. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan REDD+ di kawasan konservasi, selain menurunkan emisi dan adanya peluang insentif juga dapat menunjang kelestarian hutan, keanekaragaman hayati dan meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian dijumpai hambatan dalam implementasi REDD+, dan diperlukan strategi ke depan agar REDD+ bisa diterapkan, dan mencapai tujuan tanpa sepenuhnya bergantung kepada perkembangan negosiasi di tingkat global

This study focuses on a policy of criminalization of copyright infringement through Law No. 19 of 2002 on Copyright, as well as policy formulation on juridical qualification and the type of the offense. This research includes the study of normative law with legal materials obtained through document study or literature. From the analysis, it was concluded that the theory justiying criminalization of copyright infringement is a liberalindividualistic theory which is based on social harm, as well as a moral theory that makes morality as a parameter. Moreover, no judicial qualifications emphasized the offense, as well as the determination of the crime of copyright as an ordinary offense can lead to legal problems in practice

Fisher's Adaptation Strategiesinsmall Islandsto the Impactsof Climate Change (a Case Study in Pulau Panjang Village, Subi District, Natuna Regency, Riau Island)

This study aime to analyzethe effect ofclimate change onsocio-economic conditionsof fisher, as well as to identifyadaptation and mitigation strategies related to climate change. The method inthis study usingquantitative and qualitative methods. The results showed thattheeffectof climate changeonsocio-economic aspects offishing. Influenceonsocio-economic aspects ofthesearenotnecessarilythe calendarseason, the loss ofsome of the animalsthat becamea markerdeterminationseason, andincreased intensity of stormsat seawhichinterfere withthe activityof fisher catching. Therefore, the right strategy is needed to transform fisher's adaptation on adjusting with climate change. The types of adaptational strategy are divided into: the diversification of economic activities; the investment on fishing technology; maintaining good relationship with other fishers; finding new catchment areas; and utilizing social relationship and mobilizing members of the family
