    Pengembangan Instrumen Tes Standar Kognitif pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Kelas 7 SMP di Kabupaten Banjar

    The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized test instrument cognitive science subjects 7 junior class in accordance with steps of developing tests based on lattice UN year 2015/2016. Study Cognitive tests include the dimensions of factual knowledge, conceptual and procedural accordance with the revised Bloom cognitive levels.This type of research is the development of research. The data collection was done by using the test and non test. Source of data obtained from the results of the test answer sheets study, questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students in grade 7 junior in Banjar district. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and data analysis done qualitatively covering material, construction and language. Quantitative data analysis were performed using the MICROCAT Bigsteps 2:30 version. Results of the research is a description of the procedural process and product development are developed. The steps used to develop test instruments is to determine the purpose test, preparing test specifications, penulisansoal, a qualitative analysis by 9 experts (3 experts material, 3 experts construct, and 3 linguists), the revised phase I trials practicality in 4 teachers, a revised phase II, simulated use of the product in 3 students, the revision phase III, trial products on a single class of students from each school samples, analysis of items, and the revision stage IV. Learning achievement test instruments developed have excellent content validity based on the review of experts and high reliability butirsoal the 0.95. The end product development test research results in the form of 29 questions multiple choice test that can be used as a question bank and ready to be implemented

    Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Obyek Wisata Alam Pantai Suwuk Kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah

    Obyek wisata alam Pantai Suwuk merupakan salah satu obyek wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Kebumen. Terletak pada jalur lintas selatan Pulau Jawa, yakni di desa Tambakmulyo. Keindahan pantai dan alam yang masih alami menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan, sehingga obyek wisata tersebut sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Akan tetapi terdapat permasalahan yaitu minimnya partisipasi masyarakat setempat dalam ikut serta mengelola obyek wisata alam Pantai Suwuk tersebut. Oleh karena itu, rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat setempat dalam mengelola obyek wisata alam Pantai Suwuk saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini bersifat deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur terhadap 93 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Selain itu, dilakukan observasi Data hasil penelitian, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis statistika deskriptif dengan teknik menggunakan skala likert dengan lima kategori yaitu (1) sangat tidak terlibat; (2) tidak terlibat; (3) ragu; (4) terlibat; (5) sangat terlibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden sangat terlibat 1%, terlibat 12,4%, Ragu 21,8%, Tidak terlibat 50,62%, dan sangat tidak terlibat 14,1%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa partisipan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan obyek wisata alam masih sangat minim, meskipun wilayah ini memiliki sumberdaya alam yang menunjang . Semestinya masyarakat ikut diberdayakan dalam sistem pariwisata melalui pendekatan partisipatif melalui perantara pemerintah desa.Natural attractions suwuk Beach is one of the attractions that exist in Kebumen. Located on the path across the southern island of Java, namely in the village Tambakmulyo. Beautiful beaches and unspoiled nature becomes an attraction for tourists, so tourism is very potential to be developed. But there are problems, namely the lack of participation of local communities to participate in managing the natural attractions of the suwuk Beach. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this research is how the participation of local communities in managing natural attractions suwuk Beach today. The method used in this research is descriptive. Data were collected through a structured interview of the 93 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. In addition, the results of research carried out observation data, then performed a descriptive statistical analysis technique using a Likert scale with five categories: (1) is not involved; (2) not engaged; (3) doubt; (4) involved; (5) is very involved. The results showed that 1% of the respondents are very involved, involved 12.4%, 21.8% doubt, not involved 50.62%, and very involved 14.1%. The study concluded that participants communities in the management of natural attractions still very low, even though the region has natural resources that support. Empowered society should participate in the system of tourism through a participatory approach through the intermediary of the village government

    The Influence of Cu Concentration on Cu-zeolite to Antibacterial Power in Streptococcus Mutans

    Microorganisms on the mouth can cause disease on hard and soft muscular of the mouth. One of the microorganisms is a bacteria S. mutans which become etiology of dental caries. The copper (Cu) is one of chemical agents to control microorganism growth. The copper could be combined with zeolite as antibacterial materials. This study aimed to known the affect Cu concentration on Cu-Natural zeolite to antibacterial power of S. mutans. The study was conducted by making five groups of Cu-Zeolite are 0,05M, 0,1M, 0,15M, 0,2M, and 0,25M. 100 mesh zeolite powder was activated at temperature 200 oC during one hours. CuCl2 solution with concentration of 0,05 M until 0,25 M are made each with volume of 80 mL. Cu-zeolite made by reacting 2 gram of zeolite powder with 80 ml of CuCl2 solution for one hours at temperature of 100 oC, then filtered, washed, and dried on the oven at 100 oC during 24 hours. S. mutans bacterial (0,1 mL x 108 CFU/mL) were grown in solid media MHA, then Cu Zeolite (30 mg) was included on pitting at gel media an incubated for 24 hours at temperature 37 oC (n=5). Transulent zone diameter was measured with digital slide-term (0.01 mm). The data were analyzed by anava one stripe and HSH with level signification of 0,05. The result showed an average of translucent zones was 0 mm (0,05 M gropus), 16,03 + 0,47 mm (0,10M), 16,45 + 0,91 mm (0,15M), 18,08 + 0,39 mm (0,20M), and 18,26 + 0,68 mm (0,25M). Anava test showed Cu concentration on 0,10 M up to 0,25 M of Cu Natural zeolite was significantly effect on translucent zones of S. mutans (p< 0,01). The result of HSD showed a significantly difference among all gropus, except on 0,01 M and O,15 M, and 0,20 m and 0,25 m (p>0,05). Conclusion of this study is Cu concentration in Cu-natural zeolite has affected antibacterial power of S. mutans. 0,01 M of Cuconcentration in Cu-natural zeolite has an antibacterial power to S. mutans and highest antibacterial power was on concentration groups of 0,20M

    Pengaruh Penambahan Ekstrak Bawang Putih (Allium Sativum) Terhadap Karakterisik Edible Film Pati Ganyong (Canna Edulis Kerr.)

    Canna starch (Canna edulis Kerr.) has a relatively high amylose content about 32.53% hence it could potentially be used as raw material of edible film. The addition of additives such as antimicrobials and antioxidants should improve the quality and ability of edible film to prevent damage to food materials. Garlic (Allium sativum) contains Allicin which is a strong antioxidant and antimicrobial agent. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of the addition and the optimal composition of garlic extract edible film characteristics. Independent variables in this study were the canna starch concentration (3% w / v) and sorbitol concentration ( 2% w / w). The addition of variables of extract garlic acid of 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% (v / v solution). Film characterizing in thickness, tensile strength and percent elongation ,and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the addition of garlic extract affects the physical and mechanical characteristics of the edible film impairment tensile strength, percent elongation and increased thickness of the edible film. The best result observed at edible films with 5% concentration of garlic extract which has a value of 2.03 kgf/cm2 tensile strength, percent elongation of 20.62%, and thickness of 0.04 mm. Whereas the SEM analysis, surface edible films with 0% concentration of garlic extract looks more refined than the edible film with 5% concentration of garlic extract

    Pendayagunaan dan Metorship Kader Pkk Kelurahan Gebang Putih Surabaya dalam Mengolah Limbah Organik Rumah Tangga sebagai Kompos Irit Lahan dengan Em4 sebagai Bioaktivator

    Kegiatan pendayagunaan dan mentoring pengolahan limbah organik rumah tangga pada jurnal ini merupakan bentuk tindak lanjut dari kegiatan penyuluhan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya (Perwitasari dkk., 2021). Dengan menggunakan metode ringkas yang irit lahan, masyarakat Kelurahan Gebang Putih telah mampu mengolah limbah organik sederhana menjadi kompos siap guna dengan menggunakan EM4 sebagai bioaktivator. Metode yang dikembangkan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui metode mentoring secara online dengan kader PKK yang ada di Kelurahan Gebang Putih, Surabaya. Meski mentoring tidak bisa dilakukan secara langsung, kader PKK bersama perwakilan warga telah berhasil mendayagunakan sampah organik rumah tangga sebagai kompos organik. Kegiatan ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan nilai guna limbah organik menjadi semakin bernilai ekonomis. Warga menjadi lebih hemat karena tak perlu lagi membeli kompos jika ingin bercocok tanam. Harapannya, kelak kompos akan menjadi salah satu peluang ekonomi yang menjanjikan bagi warga Kelurahan Gebang Putih
