    Penerapan Laptop-based Robot sebagai Pramusaji Restoran

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah purwarupa robot pramusaji restoran dengan metode pengolahan citra. Robot berbasis visual akan menggantikan penggunaan sensor infra merah melalui penggunaan sebuah kamera untuk mengikuti alur garis tertentu. Karena pengolahan citra yang bersifat kompleks, pemrosesan citra akan menggunakan laptop (laptop-based robot). Perangkat lunak MATLAB yang terinstal pada laptop akan digunakan untuk memproses citra. Berdasarkan hasil pememrosesan MATLAB, sebuah mikrokontroler digunakan sebagai pengontrol navigasi robot. Robot ini didesain agar dapat mengenali meja pelanggan sesuai dengan input dari operator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada robot visi ini adalah penentuan nilai tengah (centroid) pada lintasan yang tertangkap kamera. Mekanika robot didesain menggunakan pipa PVC yang memiliki keuntungan dalam hal kemudahan dalam merekonstruksi dan memiliki bobot yang ringan. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan, diperoleh hasil bahwa robot dapat mengikuti garis dan mengenali meja yang dituju. Namun demikian, pergerakan robot masih perlu diperbaiki, terutama dalam kecepatan pergerakan atau navigasi robot

    Pengaruh Ekstrak Tape Ubi Ungu (Ipomoea Batatas L.) Terhadap Kadar Ast Dan Alt Darah Tikus Setelah Aktifitas Fisik Maksimal

    Background : physical activity can cause oxidative stress and tissue damage. Lier is an important organ that has many functions. Physical activity reduces blood perfusion to the liver and can damage liver cells. Consuming exogenous antioxidants is one way to prevent cell damage from oxidative stress. Purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) is one source of antioxidants due to the high content of antosianin. Fermentation can increase the stability of antioxidants.Aim : To investigate the effect of fermented purple sweet potato extracts (Ipomoea batatas L.) with AST and ALT levels in blood after maximal physical activityMethods : This study uses a true experimental design with post test only control group design in male rats. The research uses 24 samples of rats with 4 different treatments. The treatment whom given is fermented purple sweet potatoes extracts (Ipomoea batatas L.) and provision of maximum physical activity in rats, while the output is AST and ALT levels in rats blood.Results:Posthoc LSD test was observed that AST and ALT levels is higher and significant difference (AST: p=0,012 dan ALT: p=0,037) on rats with maximum physical activity (AST K2=241,04±49,20 / ALT K2=94,76±32,29) compare with control group (AST K1=178,28 ± 39,60/ ALT K1=68,58 ± 11,26). Group with consumption of fermented purple sweet potatoes extract for 7 days (AST K3=162,64 ± 21,76 / ALT K3=52,98 ± 7,77) have lower but not significant difference (AST: p=0,488 dan ALT: p=0,194) with control group (AST K1=178,28 ± 39,60/ ALT K1=68,58 ± 11,26). AST and ALT levels on rats who was given fermented purple sweet potatoes extract and doing maximum physical activity (AST K4=187,54 ± 20,08/ ALT K4=63,7 ± 9,82) lower and significant difference (AST: p=0,027dan ALT: p=0,016) with group who was doing maximum physical activity(AST K2=241,04±49,20 / ALT K2=94,76±32,29).Conclusion: There is a significant effect of the fermented purple sweet potato extract (Ipomoea batatas L.) with AST and ALT levels in rat blood after maximum physical activit

    Peran Green Trust Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Green Product Perception Terhadap Green Repurchase Intention

    Of the research aims to determine the effect of green trust and green product perception towards green repurchase intention on Ultrajaya products in Denpasar. Total of 100 respondents were included in the study using purposive sampling method as the method of data collection. Selected samples have fulfilled all the criteria that have been determined. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5 point scale to measure likert 12 indicators where the indicators lowered to the questionnaire in the study. This study use confirmatory factor analysis techniques and path analysis. The results showed that the variables green trust, capable of mediating green product perception influence of the green repurchase intention. These results prove that the trust can reinforce positive perceptions of consumers towards a product which raises the intention to repurchase

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji Sobel, dengan purposive sampling ukuran sampel ditetapkan 105 responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kepuasan memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepuasan memediasi pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan

    The purpose of this study is to describe the difference between science process skill and science learning achievement between the students joining the contextual teaching and learning model and the students joining conventional learning model of the students of Elementary School. This research used the Posttest-only Control Group Design. The population of this study was the fourth grade students of Elementary School Cluster V Dr Soetomo. The sample of 91 students was taken by using random sampling technique. There were two kinds of instruments namely observation sheet and achievement test. The data obtained were analyzed using Manova. The result of this research indicates: First, the process skill of students joining the contextual teaching and learning model is better than those joining conventional learning model. Second, the learning achievement of students joining a contextual teaching and learning model is better than those joining a conventional learning model. Third, there is the influence of the implementation of contextual teaching and learning model on process skill and students' learning achievement simultaneously

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan pelanggan dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk pewangi pakaian Molto di Kota Denpasar. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode asosiatif yang berbentuk kausal (sebab akibat). Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para pelanggan produk pewangi pakaian Molto di Kota Denpasar. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang disertai Uji Sobel untuk menguji hubungan mediasi antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan peran kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk pewangi pakaian Molto di Kota Denpasar

    The rapid development of hotel industry in Bali is very competitive, particularly on the growth of budget hotels in Kuta Tourism Area which has increased in significant amount. The key to maintain competitive advantage in the competitive environment lies in how to deliver service quality in order to achieve customer loyalty. The effect of service quality to customer loyalty increases with the role of image and customer satisfaction. This study was conducted in budget hotels in Kuta Tourism Area through 200 respondents. The results of this study showed that service quality, hotel image, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect toward customer loyalty. Hotel image and customer satisfaction are as well stated as a mediator in the service quality and customer loyalty relationship.     Writing English Language Test Items as a Learning Device: a Principle of Habit Formation Rules

    The present study aims to uncover how valid and reliable the multiple-choice test items as learning device are and their effect on permanent language habit formation. In this pretest-posttest one group pre-experiment study, we observed and analyzed the English test constructed by junior high school teachers. The Pretest on constructing the test items was administered to fifteen English teachers and some weaknesses were revealed. These can be seen from the total score of 855 and the mean score was 57.00.  Treatment was given by ensuring them the rules of writing the test based on a principle of habit formation. The competence of teachers in constructing appropriate test items increased to higher quality indicated by scores of 79.33. It means the treatment has significantly influenced the ability of English teachers in constructing appropriate tests. The tests were tried out to 40 students of Junior High School and the result showed that 63 test items were valid and 37 was invalid. The fifty-valid test was administered to the students of different Junior High School and the result showed that the mean score was 72.53. 21 students from 40 students passed the minimum rank and 19 students still needed improving. The highest score was 95 and the lowest one was 26. The medium was 78 and the mode was 53. After measuring the reliability level, the standard deviation ranged 0.50 – 1.00, meaning that the test was appropriate to be applied as measuring device. The valid test was then reconstructed to be raw material of software module.&nbsp
