Pengaruh Obesitas Terhadap Terjadinya Disfungsi Seksual Pria

: Obesity is a worldwide problem. WHO has established obesity as a global epidemic because it can lead to various health problems, one of them is male sexual dysfunction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of obesity on male sexual dysfunction. The study was conducted in the Hutuo Village, Limboto District, Gorontalo regency with 60 obese men as a sample. This study was an analytical observational study with cross-sectional approaches. Dependent variable in this study is a sexual dysfunction assessed by questionnaire IIEF (International Index of Erectile Function), while the independent variables are obese as measured by body mass index (BMI). Results obtained from 60 obese men in this study, there are 6 people with normal sexual function and 54 people with sexual dysfunction. The majority of obese men with sexual dysfunction is aged 31-40 years (48.3%) with the highest level of education is high school (33.3%). The most of them have one person number of children (48.3%) and the majority had a habit of smoking (55.0%). Based on the non parametric statistical analysis with Mann Whitney test found that body mass index values ​​have a significant influence on the occurrence of sexual dysfunction, it's seen in the value of P = 0.021 with a significance level (α) = 0.025. From these results it can be concluded that obesity affects to male sexual dysfunction

Pengaruh Vasektomi Terhadap Fungsi Seksual Pria

: Vasectomy in the community are still poorly understood, such as vasectomy can affect sexual function (sexual dysfunction). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vasectomy on male sexual function and the mechanisms of sexual function in men due to vasectomy. This study is a cross sectional analytic survey with a target population of men who have vasectomy totaling 67 people selected by proportional sampling of Manado City BKKBN January to August 2012. Instruments in this study using the questionnaire International Index Erectile Function (IIEF), the analysis of the data in this study using univariate analysis and Mann Whitney Sub Menu 2 Independent simple (SPSS 20 for Windows). The results, the majority of respondents aged > 35 years were 63 people (94.03%), elementary education as many as 48 people (62.34%), earning Rp. 500,000 - Rp. 1.000.000 by 47 people (70.1%), having more than one child as many as 64 people (95.5%), vasectomy contraceptive users with better sexual function by 56 people (83.60%), significant results statistics between vasectomy contraceptive users who have comorbidities, consuming drugs and having stress with sexual function. Contraception has no effect on male sexual function and sexual dysfunction occurs due to men having comorbidities, smoking and excessive alkohol consuming in the long term, drug users, and have excessive stress

: The principle of episiotomy is prevention the major damage of soft tissue causes of adaptation overcapacity tightly stretched or tissue elasticity. Because of that, doing episiotomy is based on clinical consideration and proper technique agree with women's condition. Episiotomy wound is the hardest area to keep in order to still clean and dry. Accurate observation and treatment are needed to ensure the area healing quickly and rutine inspection to know the infection signs or inflamation on that area. Objective. This study aims to find out relationship between knowledge and healing of episiotomy wound in women's post partum the upper room of irina D Prof Dr R.D Kandou Malalayang hospital.Methods. This research using analytic survey and processing by frequence distribution table.Result. This research showed that women's knowledge about wound treatment in good level are 31 respondent (women 79,5%)) and healing of episiotomy wound in good level are 29 women's (74,4%).Conclusion. Pengaruh Aplikasi Cahaya Terhadap Spermatozoa Mencit Jantan (Mus Musculus L)

: Light as a form of physical and psychological stress responses activated central and peripheral endocrine system in general interfere with the process of spermatogenesis especially the quantity and quality of the sperm of mice consisted of concentration, morphology and motility. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the quality of light as well as the mechanism of spermatozoa of mice. Experimental studies with a completely randomized design done in November and December 2012 using 27 mice as a sample for 30 days, each consist of nine mice as a control, nine mice were given 4 lamp light exposure (12 volts) and 9 others mice were given a presentation by 8 light exposure (24 volt). The results of this study found that the percentage of motility in the first nine treated mice by 25.22% abnormal and in the second treatment 35.66% were abnormal; concentration of spermatozoa in the first treatment were 7.43X105 abnormal and the second treatment 6.45X105 were abnormal; morphology of spermatozoa in the first treatment were 57.88% abnormal and 67.22% abnormal in the second treatment. : Every year in Indonesia 199 billion cigarettes were consumed, caused 5 million people died. If this event can't be prevent, the mortality rate will be increase in twice closed to 10 million people each year in 2020. Smoking can make a lot of health problem, include erectile dysfunction. The aim of this study is to find out the effect of smoking on male's erectile function. This is a descriptive observation study that was conducted in Malalayang Station, District Malalayang, Manado City. There were 50 males who participated in this study. Erectile function was assessed using IIEF-5 (International Index of Erectile Function-5). This study shows that most of the 50 men who participated in this study reported a disfunction in erectile function. As much as 2% men had severe dysfunction, 33% have moderate dysfunction, 38% have mild to moderate dysfunction, and 38% have mild dysfunction. : Nutritional status is a body condition as food consumption consequence and using of nutrient substances which can be different by malnutrition, under nutrition and nutrition good. (Almatsier. 2009). Nutritional diet for pregnant women optimally programmed during pregnancy in order to reach adequate nutritional status until give brith a baby with good potential physically and mentally. Vitamin and mineral are nutrient subtance wich are very important during pregnancy. According to Dewi (2013) deficiency of mineral including zinc causes anaemia (Hb < 11 gr%). Objective : This research ait to find out relationship between nutritional status with Anaemia of Pregnat women in Community Health Center Territorial Job of Tuminting District of Tuminting Manado City”. Metods : This research metods was case control design with purposive sampling. There were 116 respondent devided into 58 respondents are case and 58 respondents are control. Result : Non anemia prevalence with nutrional status non CED risk are 38 cases (32.8%) and with CED risk are 20 cases (17.2%). Anemia prevalence of pregnat women with status nutrional non CED risk are 22 cases (19,0%) and CED risk are 36 cases (31.0%). Chi squre statistic test result P = 0.005 (P < 0.05). OR = 3.109 wich means pregnant women with CED risk 3 times as much at risk of aneamia than who doesn\u27t. Pengaruh Jamu Dengan Tribulus Terrestris Terhadap Kualitas Sperma Tikus Wistar Jantan (Rattus Norvegicus)

: It is known that Tribulus terrestris can improve sperm quality. One of the Indonesian traditional medicine, jamu, contains this Tribulus terrestris. This study aimed to investigate the effect of jamu containing Tribulus terrestris on sperm quality which consisted of concentration, motility, and morphology of spermatozoa of male wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This was an experimental study. Nine male wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups of 3 rats each: Group P0 (control), group P1 (given 5 mg of Tribulus terrestris), and group P2 (given 10 mg of Tribulus terrestris). This study was conducted for 52 days. The results showed that the spermatozoa concentration of P1 was 49x106 sperm/ml suspension and of P2 53x106 sperm/ml suspension; both were lower than of P0 (59x106 sperm/ml suspension). The sperm motility category (A+B) of P1 was 33% and of P2 (37%); both were lower than of P0 (45%). The motility category A was not found in P1 and P2. The percentage of spermatozoa with normal morphology of P1 was 45% and the abnormal ones was 55%, meanwhile in P2 there was 49% of normal sperm morphology and 51% of abnormal morphology. Conclusion: Jamu containing Tribulus terrestris had no effect in improvement of the sperm quality
