A Simple Monitoring Network System of Wireless Sensor Network
A SSNS (simple sensor network sniffer) is used to analyze and evaluate the Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) effectively. SSNS is designed to monitor IEEE 802.15.4 protocol frame, which based on the Ethernet. Unlike the existed monitoring system, our design is much simpler and needs less resource. It is analyzed in this paper that the monitor network framework, time synchronization, and analysis program design. The results show that SSNS works stably, and can real-time display the frame monitored and reflect the dynamic change of WSN
Multi-Dimensional Super-Linear Backward Stochastic Volterra Integral Equations
In this paper, a systematic investigation is carried out for the general
solvability of multi-dimensional backward stochastic Volterra integral
equations (BSVIEs) with the generators being super-linear in the adjustment
variable . Two major situations are discussed: (i) When the free term is
bounded with the dependence of the generator on being of ``diagonally
strictly'' quadratic growth and being sub-quadratically coupled with
off-diagonal components; (ii) When the free term is unbounded having
exponential moments of arbitrary order with the dependence of the generator on
being diagonally no more than quadratic and being independent of
off-diagonal components. Besides, for the case that the generator is
super-quadratic in , some negative results are presented
MDSCs: Key Criminals of Tumor Pre-metastatic Niche Formation
The emergence of disseminated metastases remains the primary cause of mortality in cancer patients. Formation of the pre-metastatic niche (PMN), which precedes the establishment of tumor lesions, is critical for metastases. Bone marrow-derived myeloid cells (BMDCs) are indispensable for PMN formation. Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are a population of immature myeloid cells that accumulate in patients with cancer and appear in the early PMN. The mechanisms by which MDSCs establish the pre-metastatic microenvironment in distant organs are largely unknown, although MDSCs play an essential role in metastasis. Here, we summarize the key factors associated with the recruitment and activation of MDSCs in the PMN and review the mechanisms by which MDSCs regulate PMN formation and evolution. Finally, we predict the potential value of MDSCs in PMN detection and therapy
The Basic Situation of Regional Grain Trade in China
This paper is designed first to evaluate the changes of China's regional grain trade policy and second to examine the changes of the pattern of regional grain trade from the 1950s to the late 1990s
Notch Signaling Mediates TNF-α-Induced IL-6 Production in Cultured Fibroblast-Like Synoviocytes from Rheumatoid Arthritis
It has been reported that Notch family proteins are expressed in synovium tissue and involved in the proliferation of synoviocyte from rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The aim of this paper was to investigate whether Notch signaling mediated TNF-α-induced cytokine production of cultured fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) from RA. Exposure of RA FLSs to TNF-α (10 ng/ml) led to increase of Hes-1, a target gene of Notch signaling, and a marked upregulation of Notch 2, Delta-like 1, and Delta-like 3 mRNA levels. Blockage of Notch signaling by a γ-secretase inhibitor (DAPT) inhibited IL-6 secretion of RA FLSs in response to TNF-α while treatment with recombinant fusion protein of Notch ligand Delta-like 1 promoted such response. TNF-α stimulation also induced IL-6 secretion in OA FLSs; however, the Hes-1 level remained unaffected. Our data confirm the functional involvement of Notch pathway in the pathophysiology of RA FLSs which may provide a new target for RA therapy
