    This study aimed to examine organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus, Bengkulu. This research is a descriptive study, in order to obtain an overview of the characteristics of variable organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Total population is 279 people and the samples taken were 98 people. The method used in this study is Stratified Random Sampling, where samples will be taken as much as 35% of the total population. The results of this study indicated that 1) the existence of a good perception of the culture of the organization in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, 2) the perception is quite good on the job satisfaction of nurses in the emergency room, and inpatient clinic in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, and 3) a pretty good perception of the organization's commitment to nurses in the emergency room, and inpatient clinic in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Therefore, for which already includes both categories to be maintained and if possible improved while the category is quite good and bad categories still needed improvement efforts to achieve good value
