Practical Problems of Compensation Lawsuits before Saudi Administrative Courts
All praise belongs to Allah who judges right and enjoins justice, and may Allah's peace and blessings be upon the best of all mankind, our Prophet Muhammad, as well as upon his pure family and all his noble companions. Judgments on compensation in all types of cases filed before general or administrative courts raise numerous problems; some are related to the cause of compensation (namely damage) in terms of type and magnitude and some others are related to the act that led to the damage (namely fault or transgression), be it the act of the debtor, the creditor or a third party. Problems also arise with regard to the estimation of adjudicated compensation in terms of timing and value

been studied by potentiodynamic polarization measurements at a scan rate of 120
mV min-1. It is found that passivation current, corrosion potential
and polarization resistance decreases with increase in acid concentration,
while passive potential, critical current, corrosion current and corrosion rate
increases. However, the corrosion behaviour is not altered much above a
concentration of 0.3 M. It is established that the corrosion rate
depends on the concentration of sulphuric acid and chloride ions along with
sweep rate of polarization.</span
