    This study aims to determine the role of physiotherapy on the handling of post-operative ligament and determine through TENS physiotherapy and exercise therapy (TL) in overcoming problems in ACL injuries. To find out from an injury in need assessment of the history of the disease, either history or examination. Well directed anamnesis thorough examination can be obtained a proper diagnosis. Examination was conducted in order to determine the existing problems in athletes post ACL surgery, prepare therapeutic purposes and determine appropriate modalities. Screening measures include anamnesis, physical examination of a specific examination is the subjective examination and objective examination. Furthermore, the implementation of physiotherapy by means of TENS, which is a way of useful electrical energy to stimulate the nervous system through the skin surface and proven effective for reducing various types of pain. The conclusion of this study were: 1) Provision of TENS in the case of post ruptured anterior ligament carciatum aims to reduce pain through the mechanism of segmental and 2) a reduction in pain after treatment action for six times. Exercise therapy can provide pain reduction effect, both directly and break the cycle of pain spasm→ pain. Light and movement will slowly stimulate propioceptor which is the activation of large diameter afferent fibers.     Background: VO2max is the largest aerobic ability if the power of a person. This is determined by the amount of acid (O2) that most can be supplied by the heart, breathing every minute. With the factors influencing the form of age, gender, race and genes, the state of the exercise, blood pressure and heart rate. VO2max can be measured using the bleep test. Physiotherapist program are given in futsal players in improving VO2max include Countinous Running. Objective: The object of this study is to determine the effect of countinous running to toward VO2max improvement. Methods: This research method uses a quasi - experimental research design by pre and post test with control group and uses is 30 sample of people . Results: Statistical test using Wilcoxon test, the results is the effect of countinous running to toward VO2max in soccer players premises p value = 0.01 (< 0.05) . As for the influence of different test p value = 0.02 (< 0.05) . Conclusion: With these results we can conclude there is the effect of countinous running to toward VO2max

    Background: Accident prevention in the workplace cannot be separated from the influence of behavior and application by health workers in its implementation which prioritizes the interests of patient safety. The behavior and abilities of health workers play an important role in the implementation of patient safety. Several factors that influence the behavior of nurses in implementing the Hospital Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3RS) are influenced by motivation, perceptions, attitudes, organizational culture, knowledge and experience. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the description influence and relationship between workload, work stress and implementation of Hospital Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3RS) at Lira Medika Hospital Karawang. Methods: The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 people. This type of research is descriptive verification research. The statistical instrument used is regression analysis using validity, reliability, normality tests. Results: An influence of workload, work stress and competence on the assessment of the implementation of Hospital Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3RS) by 19.05% because the rest is influenced by other variables or factors such as training, education level, motivation, leadership and others. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it appears that the workload parameters have no effect on the implementation of Hospital Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3RS) for Medical Service/Supporting Staff at Lira Medika Hospital. Meanwhile, the direct effect is work stress and work competence
