    Research purposes:Analyzingmarketing strategies at culinary tourism centers. Methodology:This research method is qualitative, where the informants who will provide information in this study are: 1). Manager of Culinary Tourism Centers (1 person), 2). Owner Stan (5 people), 3). Visitors to the Culinary Tourism Centers (10 visitors) from each culinary tourism. Main Findings:Strategies to improve marketing in the Central Culinary Tourism In Surabaya, between the manager and the owner of the booth must pay attention to the quality of the products produced, the determination of the selling price, the promotion system used to introduce the existence of culinary tourism centers which have gone through social media, while also paying attention to services, cleanliness,and facilities available at the culinary tourism. Implications:So that the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs also the City Government of Surabaya can develop the existence of a culinary tourism center must actively provide assistance to develop a culinary tourism center. And also culinary entrepreneurs and owners continue to improve the quality of products, facilities, services, and the surrounding environment so consumers can enjoy the culinary specialties of Surabaya.     Effects Of Current Ratio And Debt-To-Equity Ratio On Return On Asset And Return On Equity

    The purpose of a company is to gain profits. The purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio on return on asset and return on equity for companies of the food and noodle sub-sector. A total of 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISX) was sampled from 2014 to 2017. Data were processed using the multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24. Results showed that current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio had a significant effect on return on equity and return on asset. Results of the regression coefficient analysis showed that current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio accounted for 14.9% of ROA, while the remaining 85.1% was explained by other variables, as indicated by the coefficient determinants. The regression coefficient analysis for ROE showed that 61.4% was explained by other variables not studied in this research. Results of the F-test showed a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05 for ROA and 0.000 < 0.05 for ROE, meaning that both the current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio had a significant effect on ROA and ROE in food and beverage industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange

    Telah dilakukan pengukuran terhadap stepwedge buatan sendiri dari bahan acrilyc yang ada dipasaran untuk uji homogenitas bahan dengan menggunakan sistem Radiografi Digital (RD) dan sistem CR (Computed Radiography). Data hasil pemotretan yang berupa file citra stepwedge kemudian dianalisis dengan perangkat lunak berbasis program aplikasi Matlab 7.1. Hasil perhitungan indeks-keabuan yang dapat digrafikkan untuk menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara indeks-keabuan dan ketebalan step dari stepwedge menggunakan sistem RD bersifat linear dan dapat dinyatakan secara matematis sebagai Y = 0,1292X +0,0432 dengan R2 =0,9988. Persamaan ini juga sesuai dengan indeks-keabuan stepwedge menggunakan CR dan diperoleh persamaan linear: 0,0955X  + 0,4275 dengan R2 = 0,9996. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan dalam pengadaan stepwedge buatan sendiri untuk uji homogenitas pesawat radiografi diagnostik sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.   Kata-kata kunci: stepwedge, Radiografi Digital, Computed Radiography, tingkat keabua
