ANALIZA 3D NUMERIÄKH MODELA VIÅ ESPRATNIH ZGRADA KOJI SADRŽE MEÄUSPRATNE PLOÄE I SMIÄUÄE ZIDOVE U ZAVISNOSTI OD TIPA VEZA U ÄELIÄNOJ KONSTRUKCIJI
Multi-storey steel buildings are usually designed with rigid connections between beams and columns or with simple hinged connections and a stiffening system. The paper focuses on the 3D structural design of multi-storey steel buildings including floor slabs and shear walls. The method of numerical modelling has been applied to investigate the influence of rigid connections between certain structural elements on the lateral stiffness of the multi-storey building structure, when floor slabs and shear Ā walls are considered in the structural design. Four building heights and six structural system types, having the same floor plan have been examined. 3D numerical models have been configured in FEM software to evaluate the lateral stiffness of the structures exposed to gravity and seismic loads. The maximum horizontal deflections and natural periods of vibrations are presented in the paper. It has been concluded that the connection type in the multi-storey steel structure has no significant influence on the lateral stiffness of the structure when structural design considers floor slabs and shear walls.Ā ViÅ”espratne ÄeliÄne zgrade obiÄno se projektuju sa krutim vezama izmeÄu greda i stubova ili sa zglobnim vezama i sistemom za ukruÄenje.
The paper discusses the buildings from the past that can be considered the precursors of prefabricated buildings as we know them today, and can also be considered as inspiration for modern prefabrication. The research platform in the paper is represented by selected examples of buildings characteristic of the Western Balkans, namely: "kuÄer", "povoznica", "tronj", a hut on KoÅ”tan polje and a house from Kosovo. The second part of the paper presents an example from the world, a "yurt" characteristic of various locations on the Asian continent, which finds application in the modern world. Flexibility, mobility and economy, the main characteristics of prefabricated buildings as we know them today, are recognized as guiding ideas of the analyzed examplesRad se bavi sagledavanjem objekata iz proÅ”losti koji se mogu smatrati preteÄom montažnih objekata kakve danas poznajemo a mogu se smatrati i inspiracijom za savremenu prefabrikaciju.
