Визначено критерії, показники та рівні сформованості готовності тренерів, які спеціалізуються в боротьбі самбо до побудови тактичних схем ведення двоборства із супротивником.Taking into account the results of the analysis of scientific and methodological, special and reference literature, the members of the scientific research group established, that the issue of determining the criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of Martial Arts coaches (in the system of independent work) to build rational tactical schemes – devoted insufficient amount of scientific research, which requires the continuation of scientific research and emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen direction of scientific research. The main goal of the scientific research is to determine the criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of coaches who specialize in Sambo wrestling to build tactical schemes for conducting a competitive fight with an opponent. The following methods were used during the research: abstraction, analysis, deduction, induction; modeling, comparison, synthesis, formalization. As a result of the theoretical research, the members of the research group determined: criteria (analytical and evaluative content, motivational), as well as their corresponding main indicators (self-development of Martial Arts coaches in the direction of building effective tactical schemes for conducting competitive matches with subordinate athletes at various stages of their long-term training with the use of modern pedagogical technologies; formed the ability to make reasonable and rational tactical decisions in various variable conditions of the competitive activity of subordinate athletes; formed theoretical knowledge in the organization of the educational and training process of athletes who specialize in Martial Arts using rational technical and tactical schemes for conducting educational and training (competitive) matches with opponents of different qualifications; the formation of a motive that arises from the need of an individual and ends with his motivation to complete mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills (skills) necessary to achieve the maximum-high performance of subordinate athletes who specialize in Martial Arts in competitive activities; motivation to rationally and effectively design (build) tactical schemes for conducting competitive matches with opponents of different sports qualifications by subordinate athletes, taking into account their potential capabilities in various conditions of competitive activity, etc.); levels (highest, high, sufficient and satisfactory); approaches (activity, complex, person-oriented, systemic, as well as structural) – formation of the readiness of trainers who specialize in Sambo wrestling (Olympic and non-Olympic types of Martial Arts, or sports wrestling) to the construction of tactical schemes for conducting duels with the opponent. Prospects for further research in the chosen direction of scientific research involve the development of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of coaches who specialize in Sambo wrestling to build tactical schemes for conducting duels with an opponent in the system of their independent work.Рассмотрены вопросы формирования у тренеров, специализирующихся в единоборствах теоретических знаний и практических умений реализации действенных тактических схем в системе многолетней подготовки подопечных спортсменов, которые в будущем обеспечат повышение их соревновательной деятельности (спортивной квалификации). Results of research and experimental verification ofthe pedagogical conditions of forming the readiness of coaches specializing in Martial arts for the application of tactical schemes in professional activities

Отримані результати свідчать про зростання індивідуальної тактичної підготовленості тренерів експериментальної групи, що позитивно вплинуло на результати виступів спортсменів та спортсменок, які спеціалізуються в боротьбі самбо (спортивний та бойовий розділи) на змаганнях різних рангів. Підкреслено високу ефективність запропонованих відповідних педагогічних умов.According to the results of the monitoring of specialized Internet resources, as well as the analysis of scientific-methodical and reference literature, the members of the research group established, that the issue of developing and approving pedagogical conditions for training the readiness of trainers who specialize in Olympic and non-Olympic types of Martial artsto the application of tactical schemes in the ystem of long-term training of athletes who specialize in Martial arts –an insufficient number of scientific and methodological works is devoted, which requires further scientific investigations and emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen research direction.The main goal of the study is the approbation of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of Sambo wrestling and combat Sambo coaches to use tactical schemes in the system of long-term training of sportsmen and women who specialize in Martial arts. In the process of research and analytical work, the following methods were used: abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling, mathematical and statistical (correlation analysis, factor analysis), etc.As a result of the empirical research, the members of the scientific research group developed and tested the pedagogical conditions for training the readiness of Sambo wrestling and combat Sambo coaches to use tactical schemes in the system of long-term training of sportsmen and women specializing in Martial arts.The obtained results indicate an increase in the individual tactical preparation of the trainers of the experimental group, which had a positive effect on the results of the performances of sportsmen and women who specialize in sambo wrestling (sports and combat divisions) at competitions of various ranks.The above emphasizes the high efficiency of the appropriate pedagogical conditions proposed by us.The results of the study are implemented in the system of self-education of trainers who specialize in Olympic and non-Olympic types of Martial arts. Separate results of empirical research are implemented in the system of training future coaches in Martial arts. Prospects for further research in the chosen field of scientific research include an analytical review of the technical and tactical preparedness of elite sambo wrestling athletes based on the results of the 2022 World Championship.Разработаны и апробированы педагогические условия формирования готовности тренеров по спортивному и боевому самбо к применению тактических схем в системе многолетней подготовки единоборцев. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о росте индивидуальной тактической подготовленности тренеров экспериментальной группы, что положительно повлияло на результаты выступлений спортсменов и спортсменок, специализирующихся на борьбе самбо (спортивный и боевой разделы) на соревнованиях разных рангов. Подчеркнута высокая эффективность предложенных соответствующих педагогических условий

A sufficient level of physical, as well as special physical training, contributes to the formation of professional competences among representatives of the institutions of the security and defense sector of Ukraine, which ensures their high-quality performance of service and combat (operational) tasks. The development and approval of the draft regulatory framework for the introduction of the "Concept 2 Skierg" ski simulator into the system of special physical training of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine was considered.Отмечено, что военное положение в Украине диктует свои требования по подготовке высококвалифицированных офицерских кадров (представителей других категорий) институтов сектора безопасности и обороны Украины. MORE ON THE APPROVAL OF ANTONINSKO-ZOZULENETSKIY CARPS OF UKRAINIAN BREEDS

Purpose. To perform an analysis the fish breeding, biological, productive, exterior indicators of Antoninsko-Zozulenetskiy carps of Ukrainian scaly and Ukrainian framed breeds, their genetic characteristics as well as to provide the methods of the creation of these carps as a selective achievement. Methodology. The works were carried out in accordance with conventional techniques in fish farming and breeding. Carp breeding was conducted by the method of mass continuously improving selection of fish the aim of which is that a complex of fish breeding and management activities create conditions contributing to the development of productive qualities in the selected carp, while selection and breeding activities form and reproduce the leading pedigree group of the stock. Findings. In the conditions of the development of fisheries industry, especially important are the problems of selection and breeding works aimed at improving the biological and economic features of fish farming objects by improving the existing and developing new breeds, inbreeding, zonal types, lines, etc., creating a progressive heterotic structure of breeds and forming highly productive pedigree stocks of fish breeding objects. The main object of commercial fish farming in Ukraine, as in many countries, is carp, so his selection is given much attention. The starting material for producing the Antoninsko-Zozulenetskiy Ukrainian scaly and Ukrainian framed breeds was carp population of Antoninskiy State fish hatchery (Khmelnytsky region), which was a cross between native carp with mirror Galician carp. The principal method of carp breeding was a massive, continuously improving selection with high intensity among younger age groups. An importance during the selection was given to the growth rate of the fish, their exterior and constitutional "strength." For the brood, individuals with the highest body weight, scaly cover of which corresponded to accepted standards, beautiful high back constitution and without any signs of defects and diseases were selected. An important role during the selection was also given the distinct manifestation of secondary sexual features in males and females. The high productive qualities of domestic carp contributed to their spread in the near abroad and far abroad countries as well. They were exported to Russia, Moldova, Romania, China, with the aim of pure breeding and improvement of native carp forms. Based on the analysis of long-term studies on the rearing of Antoninsko-Zozulenetskiy arrays of Ukrainian framed and scaly breeds, it was found that their fish breeding and biological indicators comply with the requirements of the Regulation on testing of selection achievements in animal breeding and can be submitted to the relevant authorities for consideration and approval as a type of inbreeding Ukrainian framed and scaly carp breeds. Originality. The analysis of fish breeding and biological indicators of Antoninsko-Zozulenetskiy carp of Ukrainian framed and Ukrainian scaly breeds serve as the basis for submission them in the status of inbreed types and approval as a selection achievement. Practical value. Growing of Antoninsko-Zozulenetskiy carps in production conditions will promote an increase in fish production in ponds and production of marketable fish
