Автомобильно-дорожные аварии: транспортные и социальные риски
On the basis of statistics of traffic accidents accident rate on the roads of Irkutsk region was analyzed. It is shown that the majority of accidents with victims occur due to violations of traffic rules by drivers. The dependence of the number of accidents and injuries on time of day was identified. The maximum contribution to accident rate is made by car drivers. represented by all kinds of transport – rail, road, air, inland waterways and a network of railways and roads. The basis of the road network is federal, regional and local roads with the length, respectively, 1,7, 12.6 and 17 thousand. km. More than 912 thous. Cars are registered in the region and many transit cars are moving on them. Thedependence of the number of accidents and injuries on time of day was identified. The maximum contribution to accident rate is made by car drivers.На основе статистики дорожно-транспортных происшествий проведен анализ аварийности на автомобильных дорогах Иркутской области. Показано, что большинство аварий с пострадавшими происходит из-за нарушений водителями правил дорожного движения. Выявлена зависимость числа ДТП и травматизма от времени суток. Максимальный вклад в аварийность вносят водители легковых автомобилей

For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version).ABSTRACT Based on the statistics of road accidents, an analysis of accident and injury rates on the roads of Irkutsk was carried out. It is shown that, for the most part, the causes of road accidents are violation of traffic rules by drivers and pedestrians, unsatisfactory road conditions. It was revealed that the greatest number of accidents occurs in the summer-autumn period. Most often, vehicle collisions and pedestrian collisions are recorded. About 40 % of road accidents with victims are committed in the foci of accident rate, the distribution of which directly depends on density of settlement of the territory and the functional specifics of the city’s administrative units. Около 40 % ДТП с пострадавшими совершается в очагах аварийности, распределение которых напрямую зависит от плотности заселения территории и функциональной специфики административных единиц города
Food quality as a risk factor for public health
Abstract
The article is concerned with quality evaluation and food safety products, which were delivered to Irkutsk region. According to the average daily intake doses priority pollutants in the body, the public health risks were identified for public health with consuming food, including radiation risk. It is shown that the quality of food products as available chemical contaminants is generally satisfactory in the Irkutsk region.</jats:p
PHYSIOLOGICAL-BIOCHEMICAL MECHANISMS AT MICROBIOLOGICAL DESTRUCTION OF LIGNIN
The investigation objects are the Phanerochaete sanguinea (Fr.) Bres. BKMF-2487D, Trametes villosus (Lloyd) Kreis.0276, Phanerochaete chrysosporium ATCC 24725. The aim is to study the ligninolitic system of the small-studied Basidiomycetes T.villosus and P.sanguinea and mechanisms at biochemical transformations of the lignin and phenol compounds by them. The composition of the extracellular fungus ferments damaging selectively the lignin has been studied. The direction of biolignin destruction reactions and also a possibility of passing the competiting destruction and polymerization reactions in the in vivo conditions have been revealed. An ability of the investigated fungi to destruct lignin by 38-57% and to decolorize the sewage of wood-pulp and paper industry (WPPI) by 24-61% decreasing the chemical maximum concentration value at this case has been shown. The sewage toxicity decrease after treatment by the fungi has been proved. The microbiological treatment of WPPI sewage has been introduced.
