    Systematization of progressive indicators of industrial enterprises' sustainable development

    The relevance of the study is conditioned by the modern trends of economic development which suggest that the sustainability of production is possible to provide, while maintaining and enhancing the natural and ecological environment, by looking qualitatively new, revolutionary opportunities, associated with the use of resource-saving and energy-saving technologies, as well as alternative, reproducible sources of industrial activity, the creation of favorable ecological, economic and social conditions for the accumulation and realization of human capital. The purpose of the paper is to systematize progressive indicators of the sustainability of the development of industrial enterprises aimed at increasing the competitiveness of products, the use of innovative energy and resource-saving technologies, minimizing waste generation. The leading method to the study of this problem is the index method, which allows us to consider this problem as a purposeful and organized process to increase the sustainability of the development of industrial enterprises. The paper gives an assessment of the current state of energy consumption of industrial enterprises; a set of progressive indicators of the sustainability of industrial enterprises is suggested. The practical value is that the results of the research make it possible to regulate the sustainable development of industrial enterprises in a better and more targeted way by applying innovative forms of energy and resource saving and can be used in the framework of sector programs, they are of interest to state statistics bodies, as well as ministries and agencies which are responsible for strategic analysis and planning

The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations on the regulation and standardization of state and municipal services. The leading approach to the study is the institutional approach that allows considering of regulation and standardization as tools for typing of state and municipal services for their automotive presentation in electronic form, assessing of their quality and availability. The main results of the study is to generalize the experience of multifunctional centers’ activities providing services and quality assessment experience and availability of services; determining of the nature of administrative regulations and service standards; identifying of criteria to assess the quality and availability of services; clarifying of the content for complex ensuring of the services’ quality and accessibility and the development of evaluation algorithm. The significance of these results is that the generalization of the experience of multi-functional centers’ activities allows minimizing of the costs in providing of high-quality and affordable services; the revealed essence of administrative regulations and standards allow eliminating of contradictions between them; generalization of quality assessment practices and the availability of services allows determining of the methods for identifying of public confidence to the service providers; the proposed services’ quality and availability assessment criteria allow us to calculate the index of customers’ satisfaction; the revealed content of the complex support of the services’ quality and accessibility and their developed evaluation algorithm help to systemize the powers of the state and municipal authorities

The relevance of this work is determined by the fact that the issues of resource-saving technologies implementation in the model of open innovation have not been fully addressed yet and require further study and systematization of the determining factors, which is especially important on the back of the transition to a new technological pattern and the use of the emerging technological opportunity windows. The solution of the problems mentioned will reveal new opportunities for qualitative and quantitative growth of production systems by improving the innovation targeting in the field of resource saving and energy efficiency. The purpose of the article is to identify the functional dependence between the Networked Readiness Index and the emerging technological opportunity windows in order to improve the efficiency of resource-saving technologies in open innovation and production systems. The main research methods underlying the article include the method of description used to identify trends in the Networked Readiness Index across the globe, the correlation analysis method used to identify a close relationship between the Networked Readiness Index and indicators of state support granted to the innovations in production, and the regression analysis method used to build a regression model of the dependence between the resource-saving system and production indicators. The article touches upon the aspects of improving the resource-saving system efficiency in the framework of the open innovation model in the field of production. The correlation between the Networked Readiness Index and the indicators of the state institutions quality characterizing the level of innovation support provided to the industry across the world countries has been revealed, and the functional connection between the use of waste at petrochemical plants and the petrochemical products shipped has been proved using the emerging economies as an example. The materials of the article can be used in the development of strategies and programs aimed to improve the resource-saving system efficiency in petrochemical companies of developing countries, taking into account the emerging technological opportunity windows and technology readiness of the production for innovative transformations
