    Analysis constants for database of neutron nuclear data

    At present there is a variety of experimental and calculation nuclear data which arerather entirely presented in the following evaluated nuclear data libraries: ENDF (USA), JEFF(Europe), JENDL (Japan), TENDL (Russian Federation), ROSFOND (Russian Federation).Libraries of nuclear data, used for neutron-physics calculations in programs: Scale (OrigenArp),MCNP, WIMS, MCU, and others. Nevertheless all existing nuclear data bases, includingevaluated ones, contain practically no information about threshold neutron reactions on {232}Thnuclei; available values of outputs and cross-sections significantly differ by orders.     SOCIO-CULTURAL DYNAMICS OF SOCIAL PHENOMENA OF THE RUSSIAN CIVILIZATION

    Purpose: Identification of the heuristic significance of radicalism and solidarity as elements of the Russian civilization concept, not only within the framework of a unified, strictly fixed theory, but as universal intellectual tools of a modern socio-humanitarian vision of historical reality. Methodology: The basis of the work is a civilizational approach, which allowed to most effectively evaluate the interesting aspects of the social development of Russian civilization. Main Findings: The authors revealed the specific content of national manifestations of radicalism and solidarity in a philosophical and historical context. The most important manifestations of the social aspirations of key mega-objects of Russian history: the ethnic group, the state and the church are analyzed. When considering the historical specifics of the designated vectors of civilizational dynamics, attention is drawn to the role of individuals in the process of activating or deactivating the indicated directions of Russia development. Novelty/Originality: The authors revealed the specific content of national manifestations of radicalism and solidarity in a philosophical and historical context. The tendency towards radical and solidary forms of interaction among the participants in the civilization process, especially at the tragic moments of historical changes, was a special form of manifestation of social dynamics. Its total completeness, expressed, among other things, through the acceleration or deceleration of the adaptation to historical reality processes, became a state of self-disclosure of specific subjects of social action, acting as vehicles of unknown metahistorical forces

    Experimental study of heat transfer from the gas-vapor mixture to the surface in rectangular channel with the water vapor condensation

    The laboratory setup was developed for studying the water vapor condensation process from the gas mixture on a vertical flat heat exchange surface in rectangular channel 10x2 cm. The experiments were carried out with normal pressure of steam-air mixture. The results allowed to determine the heat transfer coefficient from steam-gas mixture to the heat transfer surface. The dependences of the heat transfer coefficient on the initial moisture content and the mixture flow rate in the heat exchanger channel were obtained

    The paper considers the influence of the physical and geometric nonlinearity of reinforced concrete frame structures on the formation of the stress-strain state in the phased construction of a building. The basic principles of a statically indeterminate reinforced concrete frame structure analysis with a consideration of the design scheme creation order and load application, as well as the cracking processes, are proposed. An example of the two steps of the analysis of the transversal frame of a three-storey and three-span building for administrative and production purposes in accordance with the proposed principles of the analysis is shown. The method of the analysis is based on the study of the fundamental technological scheme of the building construction with the partition of the analysis which is accomplished on the corresponding enlarged steps. With a consideration of the construction and loading order and processes of cracking in the elements, a comparison of the results of the implemented analysis in the elastic stage is done.U radu se razmatra utjecaj fizičke i geometrijske nelinearnosti armiranobetonskih okvirnih konstrukcija na formiranje stanja naprezanja i istezanja u faznoj izgradnji zgrade. Predlažu se osnovna načela analize okvirne strukture statički neodređene armiranobetonske konstrukcije s obzirom na redoslijed oblikovanja i primjenu opterećenja, kao i proces pucanja. Primjer dva koraka analize poprečnog okvira iskazan je na zgradi trorasponske konstrukcije s tri kata za administrativne i proizvodne svrhe, u skladu s predloženim načelima analize. Metoda analize temelji se na proučavanju temeljne tehnološke sheme građevne konstrukcije s podjelom analize koja se postiže kroz odgovarajuće uvećane korake.     Innovation as the main factor for sustainable development of a commercial bank

    The article is an original study of the essence of banking innovations and their role in ensuring sustainable development of a commercial bank. The authors make definitive analysis of the term ‘innovation’ in research works of domestic and foreign authors, reveal their key feature, namely, the novelty that carries energy necessary for sustainable development of economy and a commercial bank. From the point of view of the synergetic approach and using the principles of non-equilibrium thermodynamics, scenario development of an open economic system is considered, a commercial bank being a special case of it; schemes to illustrate it are provided. The analysis made by the authors allows for a conclusion that it is possible to ensure a stable development of a credit institution only if there is a permanent inflow of external energy that compensates for energy losses due to entropic dispersion and a negative influence of internal and external factors thereon. Systemic innovation activity come laden with this energy, which leads to the conclusion that it is innovations that are the main factor ensuring a sustainable development of a commercial bank. A classification of banking innovations into basic (radical), combinatorial, and modifying ones is given.peer-reviewe

    Interethnic aggression and extremism in the Rostov Region : forming factors in the conditions of social realities of a multiethnic region

    The article is devoted to studying the specifics of the forming factors of interethnic aggression and extremism in a multiethnic region. Based on the results of their own research and the analysis of secondary sociological data, the authors emphasize four primary groups of factors causing the manifestations of interethnic aggression and extremist practices in the Rostov Region: social and economic, sociocultural, geopolitical and the factors connected with the conflictogenic potential of labor migration. It is emphasized that the escalating interethnic tension and aggression in the region have not gained critical character yet; however, under the influence of the pointed factors, the conflictogenic environment is formed, which at occurrence of crisis situations or appearance of radical opinion leaders can provoke an increase in the number of crimes of extremist character. At the end, it is concluded that the urgent need in the minimization of these trends requires carrying out a system policy of the interethnic relations regulation, improving the migrants’ adaptation system and developing a multicultural education system in the region.peer-reviewe

    Particularities of spatial kinetics of hybrid thorium reactor installation containing the long neutron source based on magnetic trap

    In this work, we study the features of the spatial kinetics of installation as a hybrid thorium reactor with an elongated plasma neutron source based on a magnetic trap. The active zone of the installation under study consists of an assembly of hexagonal fuel blocks of a unified design and a long solenoid with a high-temperature plasma column passing through the axial region of the core. Combining engineering expertise in creating nuclear reactors with a physics-technical potential for obtaining high-temperature plasma in a long magnetic trap we ensure the solution of the multidisciplinary problem posed. These studies are of undoubted practical interest, since they are necessary to substantiate the safety of operation of such hybrid systems. The research results will allow optimizing the active zone of the hybrid system with leveling the resulting offset radial and axial energy release distributions. Results of our study will be the basis for the development of new and improvement of existing methods of criticality control in related systems such as "pulsed neutron source - subcritical fuel assembly"

    Influence of a wet wood particle form on the characteristics of its ignition in the high-temperature medium

    The results of the experimental and theoretical studies of the processes of the single particles ignition of the wood biomass of various forms (a cube, a cylinder and a sphere) have been presented. According to the results of the experimental studies, it has been established that the particles form can have a fairly significant effect on the characteristics and conditions of ignition. It has been shown that the wood particles in the form of a sphere are ignited much faster than cylindrical and cubic ones (ignition delay times are less by 56%). Such a tendency is maintained for particles sizes from 1 · 10-3?m to 3 · 10-3?m. According to the results of the experiments, the mathematical model for ignition of a particle of wet wood biomass has been formulated, taking into account the joint occurrence of the main processes of the thermal preparation (radiation-convective particle heating, evaporation of water, thermal decomposition of the organic part of the fuel, output, ignition and combustion of gaseous pyrolysis products, ignition of the char residue)
