Get PDFEn este trabajo se describe la informatizaci贸n de los procesos de gesti贸n de pacientes en el servicio de Endocrinolog铆a, Diabetes y Nutrici贸n del Hospital San Mart铆n de la ciudad de Paran谩, Entre R铆os. El objetivo del mismo es describir la primera etapa del proceso de implementaci贸n del sistema de informaci贸n GNU Health. Se presentan las adaptaciones realizadas al sistema de informaci贸n para adaptarlo a las necesidades del servicio y algunos datos que se pueden obtener de forma automatizada con el uso del sistema. No full textPsychological contracts, an individual鈥檚 system of beliefs regarding exchange arrangements, are key components in the construction and development of individual careers and the career systems of organizations and societies. In explicating careers and their management, multiple stakeholders are increasingly relevant to worker psychological contracts as individuals shoulder greater responsibility for their own careers and seek resources and ties with diverse career agents. The roles played by stakeholders who serve as career agents vary as a function of the larger career ecosystem in which the individual is embedded.
