Stabilization Control of the Differential Mobile Robot Using Lyapunov Function and Extended Kalman Filter
This paper presents the design of a control model to navigate the
differential mobile robot to reach the desired destination from an arbitrary
initial pose. The designed model is divided into two stages: the state
estimation and the stabilization control. In the state estimation, an extended
Kalman filter is employed to optimally combine the information from the system
dynamics and measurements. Two Lyapunov functions are constructed that allow a
hybrid feedback control law to execute the robot movements. The asymptotical
stability and robustness of the closed loop system are assured. Simulations and
experiments are carried out to validate the effectiveness and applicability of

Radiative proton-antiproton annihilation and isospin mixing in protonium
A detailed analysis of the radiative annihilation is made in the
framework of a two-step formalism, the annihilates into meson
channels containing a vector meson with a subsequent conversion into a photon
via the vector dominance model (VDM). Both steps are derived from the
underlying quark model. First, branching ratios for radiative protonium
annihilation are calculated and compared with data. Then, details of the
isospin interference are studied for different models of the initial protonium
state and also for different kinematical form factors. The isospin interference
is shown to be uniquely connected to the mixing in the
protonium state. Values of the interference terms directly deduced from data
are consistent with theoretical expectations, indicating a dominant
component for the and a sizable component for the
protonium state. The analysis is extended to the
transition, where the large observed branching ratio remains unexplained in the

Factors Influencing Intention to use the COVID-19 Contact Tracing Application
This study investigated the effects of variables influencing the intention to
use the COVID-19 tracker. Experiment results from 224 individuals revealed that
performance expectations, trust, and privacy all have an impact on app usage
intention. However, social impact, effort expectation, and facilitating
conditions were not shown to be statistically significant. The conceptual model
explained 60.07 percent of the amount of variation, suggesting that software
developers, service providers, and policymakers should consider performance
expectations, trust, and privacy as viable factors to encourage citizens to use

Regional Capital Mobility in China: 1978-2006
We examine cross-region capital mobility in China and track how the degree of mobility has changed over time. The effects of fiscal and redistributive activities of different levels of government in China on private capital mobility are taken into account. Our results indicate that there was a significant improvement in capital mobility over time in China, particularly for private capital in the more developed regions. The central and provincial governments, via their taxation, spending, and transfers, loosen the relationship between private saving and investment and appear to promote capital mobility, particularly for less developed regions. There are considerable differences between more and less developed regions in terms of the degree of capital market integration and the improvement in capital mobility over time.
