Diagnosis of the socio-economic potential of health insurance
This study investigates the features of the development of the discriminant model of diagnostics of the socio-economic potential of health insurance, and the trends in the medical insurance system development in Ukraine. This study uses logistic, statistical and normative methods to assess of the socio-economic potential of health insurance in Ukraine from 2010 to 2017. The empirical result shows that the block assessment of the financial potential of health insurance gives the complete information on the dynamics of individual indicators and trends of the branch. The need for assessment of the socio-economic potential of health insurance in order to improve the efficiency of the public financial management of the health care finance system and the insurance market regulation has been justified
High-throughput enzyme engineering for commercial-scale production of natural products
The natural products world is unparalleled in its molecular diversity and wide application space. There are however numerous challenges associated with realizing the full potential of these molecules. Amyris has fermentatively produced eight different molecules at commercial scale. This track record is due to investment in advanced tools for strain engineering, high throughput screening, analytics, and bioinformatics. An integrated pipeline encompassing these tools has enabled Amyris to rapidly accelerate the engineering cycle and reduce the number of design-build-test iterations needed for microbial production of any natural product. In this presentation, we will discuss how this infrastructure is now being leveraged for high-throughput enzyme mutagenesis and screening, enabling greater access to natural products and their derivatives. Further, the application of our massive screening infrastructure to enzyme libraries would not be possible without equally sophisticated statistical models and data analysis tools. Scientists at Amyris are accessing ever greater portions of the enzyme sequence space to improve specificity and activity – ultimately enabling sustainable industrial-scale production of natural products. This talk will describe how each aspect of the enzyme engineering pipeline has led to rapid and high-quality screening of hundreds of thousands of mutants for multiple enzymes

Investment Management of Agro-Ecological Farms
The effective development of farms requires the environmental and economic investing, which provides for investments in improving the soil quality that can be enhanced through a fresh look at the problem of degradation, given that agricultural land is considered to be produced, not primary resource, similar to all other kinds of resources accounted in agriculture. The degradation and restoration of land productivity are the problems of the analysis of investment updates, modified with the aim of establishing the relationship of the soil quality and relevant investments. The effective investing of additional capital is crucial for the successful investment activities of agro-ecological farms, while investment resources are subject to management. The stirring up of investment activities is possible on the basis of the environmental and economic planning of farms as the important link in the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of farm operation, the efficient investment management. The article focuses on the directions of attracting investments in agro-ecological farms and agricultural enterprises to improve their business performance. The investment attractiveness of environmental agribusiness is justified. The features of management and trends in the development of the investment activities of agro-ecological farms are identified

The Educational and Globalization Components of Sustainable Development, and Their Factors
The strategic task of the world community is to create a global network of environmental education, in which all educational systems include acquaintance with environmental problems faced by humanity, and form an understanding of the interconnection of man, society and nature on a global scale. The article is devoted to the study of basic provisions and current trends in the formation of innovative processes of globalization of education, in particular, environmental education. Environmental education can be defined as the process of acquiring knowledge of environmental problems, the reasons for their occurrence, the need and the possibilities for their solution. Understood in this way, it should contribute to the formation of environmental awareness and to the development of ecological culture as integral components of the concept of environmental policy aimed at preserving the environment. It has been established that globalization processes in education are universal, they are not inherently essential to the industry-specific training of specialists. Digital transformation, international governmental and institutional agreements, competition relations are the main drivers for the development of environmental education
