This study examined the performance of selected IFLA journals for 22 years between 2001 to 2021. The methodology used in this study includes Annual Growth Rate (AGR), Relative Growth Rate (RGR), and Doubling Time (Dt), as well as countries and institutions. With the highest productivity and distribution of publications per year, used to evaluate research productivity. To obtain the information required for this study, the Scopus database was consulted. During the research period, 813 publications were retrieved. Based on the study, the most articles were published in 2021, 84 (10.33%), and the lowest number was 25 (3.07%) in 2018. Due to the annual increase in the constant fluctuations in publications, research shows an average, productivity in IFLA journals

The purpose of this present study was to determine the level of personal characteristics of library professionals on their job performance in four University libraries in Varanasi. The personal characteristics consists of gender and work experience. In this study, the survey research design was adopted to investigate the level of these variables on the job performance of a sample of library professionals from the four university library in Varanasi. The questionnaire was used for data collection. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the collected data for this study. The results revealed that most of the library and information professionals have an average level of job performance. For data collection was used 14 items questionnaire “Employee level of job performance”. The instrument was validated and a reliability coefficient of +.99 was obtained using test method. Hypotheses were tested using the Chi-square statistical tool. It was also found that there is no association between gender and level of job performance and experience increases the performance of library professionals in University libraries in Varanasi. The recommendations were also made based on the findings of the present study

Abstract: Infertility is the most common health concern in young adults. The aim is to study the diagnostic role of3-Dimensional sono hystero salpingography for detection of intrauterine lesions, extra uterine lesions and tubal pathology. It is a hospital based prospective, descriptive study in which50 patients with normal uterine cavity at transvaginal ultrasound underwent infertility workup at our outpatient clinic. All patients underwent 3-Dimensional sono hystero salpingography. These were then subjected to diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy the following day. The results of both were compared and correlated. Sensitivity, Specificity, Positive predictive value (PPV), Negative predictive value (NPV) and accuracy of 3-Dimensional sono hystero salpingography was compared with diagnostic hystero laparoscopy in detecting intrauterine, extra uterine lesions and tubal patency. The sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy of 3-Dimensional sono hystero salpingography was 71.4%, 100%, 100%, 95.58% and 96% respectively for detecting intrauterine lesions; was 90.91%, 92.3%, 79.9%, 97.3% and 92% for detecting ovarian pathology; and 97.6%, 87.5%, 97.6%, 87.5% and 96% for detecting tubal patency. For diagnostic hystero laparoscopy, considered as the gold standard, the sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy was 100%. It was concluded that the diagnostic value of 3-Dimensional sono hystero salpingography is comparable to diagnostic hystero laparoscopy in detecting intrauterine lesions, extra uterine lesions and tubal patency. Thus 3-D SHSG should be included as a preliminary investigation in infertility work up in women with normal uterine cavity in transvaginal ultrasound. Keywords: 3Dimensional sono hystero salpingography, diagnostic hystero laparoscopy, intrauterine lesions, tubal patency, ovarian pathology
