Amélioration continue de la Revue Annuelle Qualité Produit (Vers une revue en temps réel)

Depuis son intégration en 2005 dans les BPF Européennes, la Revue Annuelle Qualité a souvent été vécue comme une contrainte réglementaire nécessitant un gros investissement humain. Cependant la Revue Annuelle Qualité est très vite apparue comme un outil d amélioration continue extrêmement puissant. Elle est en effet le seul outil permettant d avoir une vision globale de la production et ainsi de pouvoir adapter sa stratégie qualité dans le but de limiter les non-conformités et les rappels de lot. L amélioration du procédé de réalisation sur un site de production pharmaceutique a permis de réduire de moitié la taille d une revue annuelle qualité tout en augmentant sa lisibilité et sa capacité d être un outil de pilotage de la qualité. La mise en place d un nouvel outil permettant la collecte de donnée rapide et très régulière nous amène vers un système où la Revue Qualité Produit ne se ferait plus annuellement mais pourrait se faire en temps réel. Ainsi la détection de tendance particulière serait faite au plus tôt et la réactivité de l entreprise dans la mise en place des CAPA s en trouverait améliorée. Ce nouvel outil permet d instaurer un haut niveau de confiance dans la qualité des produits que ce soit par les autorités de tutelle ou par les clients améliorant ainsi la rentabilité et l image de l entreprise.ROUEN-BU Médecine-Pharmacie (765402102) / SudocSudocFranceF
