Wavelengths were measured for 6096 spectrum lines in the range 3793 to 38,812 cm⁻¹ (26,353 to 2575 A), of which 2526 were classified as transitions between 329 odd levels and 130 even levels of neutral neptunium (Np I). The conserved dileucine- and tyrosine-based motifs in MLV and MPMV envelope glycoproteins are both important to regulate a common Env intracellular trafficking

BACKGROUND: Retrovirus particles emerge from the assembly of two structural protein components, Gag that is translated as a soluble protein in the cytoplasm of the host cells, and Env, a type I transmembrane protein. Because both components are translated in different intracellular compartments, elucidating the mechanisms of retrovirus assembly thus requires the study of their intracellular trafficking. RESULTS: We used a CD25 (Tac) chimera-based approach to study the trafficking of Moloney murine leukemia virus and Mason-Pfizer monkey virus Env proteins. We found that the cytoplasmic tails (CTs) of both Env conserved two major signals that control a complex intracellular trafficking. A dileucine-based motif controls the sorting of the chimeras from the trans-Golgi network (TGN) toward endosomal compartments. Env proteins then follow a retrograde transport to the TGN due to the action of a tyrosine-based motif. Mutation of either motif induces the mis-localization of the chimeric proteins and both motifs are found to mediate interactions of the viral CTs with clathrin adaptors. CONCLUSION: This data reveals the unexpected complexity of the intracellular trafficking of retrovirus Env proteins that cycle between the TGN and endosomes. Given that Gag proteins hijack endosomal host proteins, our work suggests that the endosomal pathway may be used by retroviruses to ensure proper encountering of viral structural Gag and Env proteins in cells, an essential step of virus assembly

Das Gespräch ist nicht das einzige Werkzeug des Soziologen ; es ist möglich, qualitative Untersuchungen mit Fragebogen und zahlreichen Auswahlen durchzuführen. Hier werden einige passende Frageformen zur strukturalen Näherung und den ihnen zugeordneten Behandlungsmethoden vorgeschlagen. Diese Fragebogen suchen nicht nur nach der Meinung der Befragten sondern auch zur Organisation ihrer Vorstellungen. Sie gestatten, die kognitive und soziale Dimension zu berücksichtigen. The interview is not the only tool used by the sociologist ; it is also possible to carry out qualitative surveys with questionnaires and large sampling. In this article several questions are put forward adapted to the structural approach and associated processing methods. These questionnaires are not simply looking for the opinion of those surveyed but also the organization of their representation. They allow access to cognitive and social dimensions of those questioned. L'entretien n'est pas le seul outil du sociologue, il est possible d'effectuer des enquêtes qualitatives avec des questionnaires et des échantillons importants. Ici, on propose quelques formes de questions adaptées à l'approche structurale et les méthodes de traitement qui leur sont associées. Ces questionnaires ne recherchent pas seulement l'opinion des enquêtes mais l'organisation de leur représentation. Ils permettent d'aborder leurs dimensions cognitives et sociales. El análisis de las representaciones sociales hace un llamado a una metodología apropiada. La entrevista no es el único instrumento del sociólogo, es posible realizar encuestas cualitativas con los cuestionarios y con las muestras importantes. Se propone algunas formas de problemáticas adoptadas del acercamiento estructural y de los métodos de tratamiento que le son asociados. Estos cuestionarios no solamente investigan la opinión de los encuestados, sino la organización de sus representaciones. Permitiendo abordar sus dimensiones cognitivas y sociales.
