Well-posedness and regularity of the Cauchy problem for nonlinear fractional in time and space equations

The purpose is to study the Cauchy problem for non-linear in time and space pseudo-differential equations. These include the fractional in time versions of HJB equations governing the controlled scaled CTRW. As a preliminary step which is of independent interest we analyse the corresponding linear equation proving its well-posedness and smoothing properties

On improved convergence conditions and bounds for Markov chains

Improved rates of convergence for ergodic Markov chains and relaxed conditions for them, as well as analogous convergence results for non-homogeneous Markov chains are studied. The setting from the previous works is extended. Examples are provided where the new bounds are better and where they give the same convergence rate as in the classical Markov -- Dobrushin inequality.Comment: 33 pages, 27 reference

To determine the performance’s efficiency, banks use one of the FAS (financial American standards) – the American model CAMELS which measures the efficiency of the use of available bank’s financial resources. Based on the indicators of the five represented. Based on the indicators of the five represented banks, at the end of the article the authors compiled a rating of the most stable banks of Russia according to this mode

Formal institutional environment influence on social entrepreneurship in developed countries

The existence of social entrepreneurs is beneficial for the establishment of a stable and just society dedicated to serving the needs of individuals and the creation of innovative market solutions. However, social entrepreneurs need an institutional environment of a proper quality to be able to function efficiently. On the one hand, the institutional environment should promote the development of social entrepreneurship, on the other, there is a need for designing direct-action social entrepreneurship institutions that would provide support and ensure the development of socially-oriented businesses, and promote grassroots initiatives in this sphere. Despite the fact that researchers are interested in this issue, there are very few quantitative studies assessing the impact of institutional environments for social entrepreneurs on a global scale. Furthermore, no attempts have been made to look at this phenomenon from an economic development standpoint, by assessing it in developed countries. The subject of the study is social entrepreneurship development and the role of formal institution environment on this process. In this study, the formal institutional environment of social entrepreneurship for developed countries will be investigated econ-ometrically. From this aspect, this study aimed to empirically evaluate whether regulative and normative institutions affect social entrepreneurship growth. As a result of the hypothesis testing, it is determined that a normative institutional environment such as investment freedom or economic growth have a positive influence on the development of social entrepreneurship in developed countries. These findings indicate that social entrepreneurship for its development needs fundamental economic changes and sustainable development. © 2018, Economic Laboratory for Transition Research. Analysis of civic initiatives: Multiparameter classification of social innovations

This paper focuses on the topical and problematic area of social innovations. The aim of this paper is to develop an original approach to the allocation of social innovations, taking into account characteristics such as the degree of state participation, the scope of application, the type of initiations as well as the degree of novelty, which will be elaborated on further in this article. In order to achieve this goal, the forty-two most successful social innovations were identified and systematized. The results of this study demonstrated that 73.5% of social innovations are privately funded, most of them operating on an international level with a high degree of novelty. Moreover, 81% of all social innovations are civic initiatives. Social innovations play an important role in the growth of both developed and less developed countries alike as highlighted in our extensive analysis. © 2016 Evgeny Popov, Jol Stoffers, Zhoomart Omonov and Anna Veretennikova

    Regional logistics system: theoretical aspect

    Get PDF
The main elements of the regional logistics system are considered. It was revealed that the main link of the regional logistics system is the population (residents of the regions). The purpose of the development and functioning of the regional logistics system is to satisfy their needs. It is shown that the development and effective functioning of the regional logistics system is influenced by environmental factors, which are proposed to be investigated using SWOT and PESTLE - analysis methods. The use of these methods allows to systematize the strengths, weaknesses, potential opportunities and threats of the regional logistics system, to determine the main competitive positions and the most promising areas of development, to identify those factors of the logistics environment that have the greatest impact, and which should be paid more attention in the study of regional logistics systems
