    Diagnostico del clima laboral en el desempeño de los trabajadores y en el cumplimiento de los objetivos del Banco Caja Social

    El propósito de este estudio es validar y analizar el impacto del clima laboral de la oficina Banco Caja Social sede Yopal Casanare en el año 2021, logrando con ello identificar fallas que afectan el ambiente de trabajo y a su vez permitan el planteamiento de acciones de mejora que beneficien a los colaboradores y a su vez esto permita cumplir los objetivos de la empresa. En este estudio se emplea como metodología la investigación descriptiva y aplicada, mediante encuesta realizada a los trabajadores del Banco Caja Social Sede Yopal Casanare donde se indaga directamente de la fuente, frente a como ellos perciben el clima organizacional de organización y su sentir en la satisfacción de sus necesidades y expectativas tanto laborales como personales. Como resultado se logra identificar que, aunque el clima laboral no es tan malo si hay un porcentaje de trabajadores que no se sienten totalmente a gusto o satisfechos en el desarrollo de sus funciones y considera que hay cosas por mejorar que podrían ayudar significativamente tanto a la empresa como al cumplimiento de sus objetivos y logros. En síntesis, el clima organizacional puede llevar a una empresa al éxito o al fracaso, un grupo o departamento que trabaje en equipo, con liderazgo, confianza, compromiso y motivado por dar lo mejor de sí con empoderamiento y sintiendo la empresa como suya.The objective of this research proposal is to determine the influence of the organizational climate of the company BANCO CAJA SOCIAL headquarters Yopal Casanare in the year 2021, thereby achieving the identification of failures that affect the work environment and in turn allow the approach of improvement actions that benefit the employees and the fulfillment of the objectives proposed by the company. Thus perceiving the motivational state and the satisfaction with which their collaborators carry out their activities in compliance with their position profile, this will allow them to improve productivity and competitiveness. In this study, descriptive and applied research is used as a methodology, through a survey carried out on the workers of the Banco Caja Social Sede Yopal Casanare where it is inquired directly from the source, compared to how they perceive the organizational climate of the company and their feeling in the company. satisfaction of their needs and expectations, both professional and personal. As a result, it is possible to identify that, although the work environment is not so bad, if there is a percentage of workers who do not feel totally comfortable or satisfied in the development of their functions and consider that there are things to improve that could significantly help both the company and the fulfillment of its objectives and achievements. In short, the organizational climate can lead a company to success or failure, a group or department that works as a team, with leadership, trust, commitment and motivated to give their best with empowerment and feeling the company as their own, satisfying its purposes and needs, as well as the goals of the organization
