The account of sagging of wires at definition of specific potential factors of air High-Voltage Power Transmission Lines
The opportunity approached is shown, but more exact as it is usually accepted, the account of sagging of wires at definition of specific potential factors air High-Voltage Power Transmission Lines. The technique of reception of analytical expressions is resulted. For an opportunity of comparison traditional expressions for specific potential factors are resulted also. Communication of the offered and traditional analytical expressions is shown. Offered analytical expressions are not difficult for programming on a personal computer of any class and besides they allow to make an estimation of an error of traditional expressions by means of parallel definition of specific potential factors by both ways

Definition of a matrix of the generalized parameters asymmetrical multiphase transmission lines
Idle time, without introduction of wave characteristics, algorithm of definition of a matrix of the generalized parameters asymmetrical multiphase transmission lines is offered. Definition of a matrix of parameters is based on a matrix primary specific of parameters of line and simple iterative procedure. The amount of iterations of iterative procedure is determined by a set error of performance of the resulted matrix ratio between separate blocks of a determined matrix. The given error is connected by close image of with a margin error determined matrix
MODELING OF THREE-PHASE THREE LEG TRANSFORMER DEVICES FOR ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS OF ASYMMETRICAL MODES FOR DIFFERENT SCHEMES OF WINDING CONNECTIONS
The model is proposed for the calculation and research of steady state asymmetric modes and transients in three-phase three legs transformer devices with arbitrary diagram of windings connection, taking into account the electromagnetic coupling of the windings, located on different legs. Using as an example distribution transformer of 10/0.4 kV calculations and analysis were performed of the most characteristic steady asymmetrical modes, that occur during short circuit, phase failure, unbalanced load for the most common windings connections and, in particular, associated with the occurrence of zero sequence magnetic flow. For the considered regimes and schemes vector diagrams were constructed for currents and voltages as well as for the relative values of magnetic flow, which give a clear idea about their particular features
Low-lying resonances of Be9Lambda : Faddeev calculation with Pade-approximants
Configuration space Faddeev equations are applied to describe the Be9Lambda
low-lying resonances of the ground band in the alpha+alpha+Lambda cluster
model. The method of analytical continuation in coupling constant is used.Comment: 4 pages, 3 Postscript figures, Talk at the 18th International IUPAP

Cluster models of Lambda-Lambda-6He and Lambda-9Be hypernuclei
Configuration space Faddeev calculations are performed for the binding energy
of Lambda-Lambda-6He and Lambda-9Be bound states, here considered as
alpha-Lambda-Lambda and alpha-alpha-Lambda clusters respectively, in order to
study the dependence of the calculated binding energy on the alpha-Lambda
potential input. For Lambda-Lambda-6He, using realistic interactions, the
uncertainty in extracting the Lambda-Lambda S=L=0 interaction strength does not
exceed 0.1 MeV, which is a fraction of the order of magnitude derived for other
theoretical uncertainties. For Lambda-9Be, the dependence of the calculated
binding energy on the alpha-Lambda potential is considerably larger, of order 1
MeV. Our results for Lambda-9Be suggest that the odd-state alpha-Lambda
interaction is substantially reduced with respect to the even-state component.Comment: 16 pages, including 4 figures, typos corrected, slightly revised,

Propagator of a Charged Particle with a Spin in Uniform Magnetic and Perpendicular Electric Fields
We construct an explicit solution of the Cauchy initial value problem for the
time-dependent Schroedinger equation for a charged particle with a spin moving
in a uniform magnetic field and a perpendicular electric field varying with
time. The corresponding Green function (propagator) is given in terms of
elementary functions and certain integrals of the fields with a characteristic
function, which should be found as an analytic or numerical solution of the
equation of motion for the classical oscillator with a time-dependent
frequency. We discuss a particular solution of a related nonlinear Schroedinger
equation and some special and limiting cases are outlined.Comment: 17 pages, no figure
The check of QCD based on the tau-decay data analysis in the complex q^2-plane
The thorough analysis of the ALEPH data on hadronic tau-decay is performed in
the framework of QCD. The perturbative calculations are performed in 3 and
4-loop approximations. The terms of the operator product expansion (OPE) are
accounted up to dimension D=8. The value of the QCD coupling constant
alpha_s(m_tau^2)=0.355 pm 0.025 was found from hadronic branching ratio R_tau.
The V+A and V spectral function are analyzed using analytical properties of
polarization operators in the whole complex q^2-plane. Borel sum rules in the
complex q^2 plane along the rays, starting from the origin, are used. It was
demonstrated that QCD with OPE terms is in agreement with the data for the
coupling constant close to the lower error edge alpha_s(m_tau^2)=0.330. The
restriction on the value of the gluonic condensate was found
=0.006 pm 0.012 GeV^2. The analytical perturbative QCD was
compared with the data. It is demonstrated to be in strong contradiction with
experiment. The restrictions on the renormalon contribution were found. The
instanton contributions to the polarization operator are analyzed in various
sum rules. In Borel transformation they appear to be small, but not in spectral
moments sum rules.Comment: 24 pages; 1 latex + 13 figure files. V2: misprints are corrected,

Theoretical aspects of selection of optimal design parameters of a new generation of AC transmission lines
The problems of compactness and of a choice of optimal parameters of alternating current transmission lines are considered. Analytical analysis of some constructive characteristics of three variants of lines of new generation (one-chain, two-chain and operated self-compensated), for the purpose of their optimization by criteria of the maximum compactness is performed
EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT OF THE PHASE-SHIFTER FOR ITS WORK IN A SYMMETRIC MODE.
In article equivalent circuits for a symmetric mode of the major elements of a controlled electricity transmission - phase-shifters are developed and proved. In view of an opportunity of use of these equivalent circuits at calculation of symmetric modes on the basis of the standard software, for example a program complex RASTR they are offered in variant without use of mutual-inductance elements. The analytical material by definition of elements of the developed equivalent circuits is resulted
