Построение диагностической модели сложного объекта диагностирования на основе минимизации множества вероятностно-лингвистических синдромов

The probabilistic-linguistic approach to the representation and transformation of the fuzzy information allows to show how to solve the problem of building types of numerous probabilistic-linguistic syndromes characterizing all possible technical conditions of complex object for diagnostics.На основе вероятностно-лингвистического подхода к представлению и преобразованию нечеткой информации показан порядок решения задачи типизации сформированного экспертами множества вероятностно-лингвистических синдромов, характеризующих все возможные технические состояния сложного объекта диагностирования

АВТОМАТИЗИРОВАННЫЙ РАСЧЕТ ПАРАМЕТРОВ УСТАНОВКИ СОВМЕЩЕННОГО ПРОЦЕССА НЕПРЕРЫВНОГО ЛИТЬЯ И ДЕФОРМАЦИИ ДЛЯ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА ЛИСТА ИЗ ЦВЕТНЫХ МЕТАЛЛОВ И СПЛАВОВ

A new approach to the calculation of main parameters of the installation for the combined continuous casting and deformation is described. The results of determining the deformation mode of metal in the deformation region when fabricating the aluminum sheet are presented. A problem of optimization of the production and constructive parameters of the mentioned installation is stated and solved, and its main parameters for the fabrication of the aluminum sheet with the cross-section of (2÷4)×1500 mm are determined.Изложен новый подход к расчету основных параметров установки совмещенного процесса непрерывного литья и деформации. Приведены результаты определения напряженно-деформированного состояния металла в очаге деформации при получении листа из алюминия. Поставлена и решена задача оптимизации технологических и конструктивных параметров вышеуказанной установки. Определены ее основные параметры для получения листа сечением (2÷4)×1500 мм из алюминия
