Regularities of changes in the electrical conductivity of solid NiO – ZnO solutions in the temperature range of 20– 700°C were studied. It was found that all the compositions of solid solutions have a negative temperature coefficient of resistance. The change in electrical resistance is 3-4 orders of magnitude. Solid solutions of NiO(ZnO) are stable under thermal treatment up to 700°C, and changes in electrical resistance upon the heat treatment do not occur. Solid solutions of ZnO(NiO) decompose at temperatures above 350°C. Decomposition occurs by the diffusion mechanism with the formation of two new phases of solid solutions. Solid solutions of NiO – ZnO have the values of coefficients of temperature sensitivity 4000–11000 K. Solid solutions of NiO(ZnO) are perspective for use in temperature sensors and thermistors.

Objective. To improve the results of complex surgical treatment of wounded and injured persons with thoracic trauma, complicated by bronchopleural fistulas, pleural empyema and defects in the thoracic wall soft tissues, basing on introduction of the proposed procedure of vacuum therapy in combination with bronchoscopic obturation of certain bronchus. Materials and methods. Analysis of results of the complex surgical help delivery for 54 wounded persons with defects of the thoracic wall soft tissues, broncho-pleural fistulas and pleural empyema, caused by the combat thoracic trauma, on ІІІ and ІV levels of medical support while conduction of the Antiterrorist operation/Operation of the Joined Forces (the main group) and 73 injured persons with thoracic trauma of the peace period (the comparison group) in the 2014 - 2019 yrs period was conducted. Results. Improvement of complex surgical treatment of the wounded and damaged persons with thoracic trauma and defects of the thoracic wall soft tissues have permitted to reduce the complications frequency by 6.7%, and lethality - by 9.2% in the main group. Conclusion. There was proposed a procedure of vacuum therapy, ultrasound cavitation together with bronchoscopic bronchial obturation for its fistula, which have proved its efficacy in complex surgical treatment of severely wounded persons with the gun-shot thoracic damages and presence of combination of pleural empyema, bronchial fistula and defects of soft tissues

Structural Changes during Phase Transitions, Critical and Noncritical Order Parameters in the Elpasolite Cs2RbDyF6

Fm¯3m 11−9(+ 4 ) −−−−−−−! (',0,0) I4/m 11−9(+ 4 ) −−−−−−−! (',',0) I2/m 11−9(+ 4 )10−3(X+ 3 ) −−−−−−−−−−−−−−! (',', ) P21/nAccording to X-ray experiment on the powder sample determined the structure of the initial cubic and the low-temperature monoclinic phases of the crystal Cs2RbDyF6. The refinement of the profile and structural parameters has been carried out by the technique implemented in the DDM program, which minimizes the differences between the derivatives of the calculated and measured X-rays intensities over the entire profile of the X-ray diffraction pattern. The results obtained have been discussed using the group-theoretical analysis of the complete order parameters condensate, which takes into account the critical and noncritical atomic displacements and permits the interpretation of the experimental data obtained previously. It has been reliable established that the sequence of changes in the symmetry during phase transitions in Cs2RbDyF6 can be represented as Fm¯3m 11−9(+ 4 ) −−−−−−−! (',0,0) I4/m 11−9(+ 4 ) −−−−−−−! (',',0) I2/m 11−9(+ 4 )10−3(X+ 3 ) −−−−−−−−−−−−−−! (',', ) P21/n

COVID-19 is a severe infection with high mortality. The concept of the disease has been shaped to a greater extent on the basis of large registers from the USA, Spain, Italy, and China. However, there is no information on the disease characteristics in Caucasian patients. Therefore, we created an international register with the estimated capacity of 5,000 patients — Dynamics Analysis of Comorbidities in SARS-CoV-2 Survivors (AKTIV SARS-CoV-2), which brought together professionals from the Russian Federation, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyz Republic. The article presents the first analysis of the register involving 1,003 patients. It was shown that the most significant difference of the Caucasian population was the higher effect of multimorbidity on the mortality risk vs other registers. More pronounced effect on mortality of such diseases as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and age over 60 years was also revealed
