Media Strategy of the University: Connection between Aims, Structural Solutions and Activity

The case presents the experience of Ural Federal University in forming a strategy for its communication with target groups as a response to external challenges defined by new positioning of the institution in the international scientific and educational sphere. The university had to ultimately restructure the services responsible for promoting its brand, expand the variety of interaction practices both within the academic environment and from the outside – with graduates, their parents, teachers, scientific community, governance and business. Formation of the new media communication strategy has taken place under lack of appropriate management practices and their analytical support. These practices are still sketchy and remain underexplored. The case of Ural Federal University allows to supplement the arsenal of works and researches in the sphere of media strategies development of Russian universities. The novelty of the proposed case lies in analysis of the setting of strategic aims in this sphere, in developing and substantiation of structural decisions and practical mechanisms, which are confirmed by the verification of independent expert sources for effectiveness and realizability. The experience of Ural Federal University would be useful both to researchers of universities’ media activity and to practicians, because it reflects the experience if creating an effective model of modern media strategy, which allowed the university in 2021 to become one of the leaders of Russian Ministry of Education rating of Russian universities’ media activity.В представленном кейсе раскрывается опыт Уральского федерального университета по формированию стратегии его коммуникаций с целевыми группами как ответ на внешние вызовы, определяемые новым позиционированием данного вуза в международном научно-образовательном пространстве. Университету пришлось коренным образом перестраивать работу служб, отвечающих за продвижение его бренда, расширять спектр практик взаимодействия как внутри академической среды, так и извне – с абитуриентами, их родителями, учителями, научным сообществом, властью, бизнесом. Формирование новой стратегии медиакоммуникаций происходило в условиях дефицита соответствующих управленческих практик и их аналитического сопровождения. Данные практики до сих пор носят фрагментарный характер и являются слабо изученными. Кейс УрФУ позволяет пополнить арсенал наработок и исследований в сфере развития медиастратегий российских вузов. Новизна предлагаемого кейса заключается в анализе постановки стратегических целей в этой сфере и в разработке и обосновании структурных решений и практических механизмов, подтвержденных проверкой независимых экспертных источников на эффективность и реализуемость. Опыт УрФУ будет полезен и исследователям медиаактивности вузов, и практикам, так как в нем отражен опыт создания результативной модели современной медиастратегии, которая позволила университету стать в 2021 году одним из лидеров проведенного Минобрнауки России рейтинга медийной активности российских вузов

TO THE POSSIBILITY OF REVEALING OF SIDE EFFECTS OF METRONIDAZOLE (0,5% INFUSION SOLUTION, 100 ML) IN EXPERIMENT

An. experimental research, of infusion solution of Metronidazole at single and repeated administration to the animals (rabbits) was carried out. Distinct signs of toxicity of the researched pattern. in the dose that is ten times higher than maximum, daily dose were determined. It concerns statistically reliably changed hematologic, biochemical and. electrophysiological indices that are typical for Metronidazole in particular. Only the fact of increase of content of creatinine in blood serum in 2 weeks after the administration, of the preparation should be registered but in this case it can be the signal to stop further administration, of the preparation
