On example of the studies the obtained coordinate and photometrical data GSS «Intelsat 10-02» is shown as possible surveillance with the help of ground-based optical facilities dynamic state satellite and his behaviors on orbit. The analysis of variation character of the light curves in B,V,R filters, time intervals between the flashes, the color indexes variation shows that the systems of stabilization of the platform, the transceiving antennas and the solar panels worked in operating normal mode during the dates of observation. The solar panels orientation relative to the Sun maintains well enough, rotated practically along the equtor plane tracking the Sun’s path (the Earth’s rotation). Orientation to axis of the rotation of the platform practically remains to be unchanged to direction on the centre of the masses of the Earth

The contribution of photometric observations of satellites in solutions of many scientifically applied tasks is considered. The role of Odessa's astrophysics is specially showed in creation of this method in Laboratory of space researches of the Uzhgorod National University

SOME RESULTS OF THE PHOTOMETRY OF GEO OBJECTS

    No full text
Odessa Astronomical Observatory participated in the photometric observations of the GEO objects from June to September 2004. The photometric observations of the GEO objects were carried out at Observatory Station in Mayaky. For the observations 50 cm telescope Cassegrain was used. During the observations 7 light curves was obtained

ON THE ADVANTAGES OF PHOTOMETRIC OBSERVATIONS OF THE GEOSTATIONARYSATELLITES AT SMALL PHASE ANGLES

As a rule, to determine photometric and dynamic characteristics of geostationary satellites required for their identification, long-lasting (from a half of the yearto one year) photometricobservations are needed at GSS different positions relative to the observer. The authors suggest conducting photometric measurements of GSS when they enter and exit the Earth's shadow near equinoxes. On these dates the GSS brightness increases by several magnitudes, so the use of telescopes with a mirror diameter of 50-70 cmcan be effective. For shorter periods it is possible to get more information about the reflective properties of the object than during long-term observations at large phase angles. Several examples of photometric and dynamic characteristics of several GSS obtained near equinoxesare presented here

REVOLTING EFFECTS IN OWN ROTATION OF HIGH-ORBITAL SATELLITES

    No full text
Character of own satellites rotation is analysed, depending on the height of their flight. Results of determination of size of indignations which have influence on a rotation of the probed objects are brought. On the basis of the got results the attempt of estimation of relative change of sun permanent on solar period is done
