Electronic and magnetic properties of doped 2D MoS2 /Ph systems
Doping of heterostructure made from two-dimensional crystals of molybdenum disulfide and phosphorene was theoretically modelled in order to reveal impurities modifying the electronic band structure of the system and having impact on its magnetic properties. Variants of substitution of one of the molybdenum atoms by Cr, Fe, Mn atoms, and one of the sulfur atoms by C, N, P ones in the MoS2 layer were simulated; doping of the phosphorene layer with C, N, S atoms was considered as well. The effect of impurities on electronic and magnetic properties of the structure is determined
Magnetic ordering in X-Y-N 2 semiconductors (X=Mg, Zn; Y=Si, Ge) doped with Cr, Mn, and Fe atoms
Structure and properties of ternary nitrides MgSiN2, MgGeN2, ZnSiN2, and ZnGeN2 are investigated using methods of density functional theory. Ways of its band gap modification by doping with Cr, Mn, and Fe atoms are estimated and conditions of magnetic ordering onset are determined. Data on the spin polarization and changes in the magnetic moments of ternary nitrides doped with 3d-elements allows to propose materials with the maximum spin polarization for application in new spintronic devices
Late Reheating, Hadronic Jets and Baryogenesis
If inflaton couples very weakly to ordinary matter the reheating temperature
of the universe can be lower than the electroweak scale. In this letter we show
that the late reheating occurs in a highly non-uniform way, within narrow areas
along the jets produced by ordinary particles originated from inflaton decays.
Depending on inflaton mass and decay constant, the initial temperature inside
the lumps of the overheated plasma may be large enough to trigger the
unsuppressed sphaleron processes with baryon number non-conservation, allowing
for efficient local electroweak baryogenesis.Comment: 4 pages, 2 figures, revtex
Electroweak bubbles and sphalerons
We consider non-perturbative solutions of the Weinberg-Salam model at finite
temperature. We employ an effective temperature-dependent potential yielding a
first order phase transition. In the region of the phase transition, there
exist two kinds of static, spherically symmetric solutions: sphalerons and
bubbles. We analyze these solutions as functions of temperature. We consider
the most general spherically symmetric fluctuations about the two solutions and
construct the discrete modes in the region of the phase transition. Sphalerons
and bubbles both possess a single unstable mode. We present simple
approximation formulae for these levels.Comment: 14 pages, plain tex, 9 figures appended as postscript files at the

The surface energy and band structure of γ-WO3 thin films
By means of ab initio calculations we demonstrate sizable anisotropy in surface energy of the γ-WO3 (001), (010) and (100) surfaces. The (001) surface has the smallest surface energy followed by the (010) and (100) surfaces. Their surface band structures are characterized by dispersion of bands near the gap region and by band-gap values similar to the ones of the bulk. The role of surface atoms in stabilizing the band gap is revealed. Variations in the position of the Fermi level are traced with respect to the different surface reconstruction
A method for production of phytomineralsorbent, physical and chemical properties of it, effect on the living systems and the quality of the livestock industry products
Numerous experimental studies have shown that the sorption-active substances can clarify the reservoir, soils, drinking municipal water from unwanted impurities with a sufficient degree of effectiveness; eliminate the potentially toxic for health chemicals of different chemical nature from human body. This is ensuring their using in the animal production practice, veterinary medicine and medicine. The main purpose and focus of this study are associated with the solution of problems of the maintaining physiological and biochemical status of live-stock animals. It provides their productivity and biological value of obtained product
Localizing Gravity on a String-Like Defect in Six Dimensions
We present a metric solution in six dimensions where gravity is localized on
a four-dimensional singular string-like defect. The corrections to
four-dimensional gravity from the bulk continuum modes are suppressed by . No tuning of the bulk cosmological constant to the brane tension is
required in order to cancel the four-dimensional cosmological constant.Comment: 9 pages, LaTeX ; v2: several equations corrected; v3: minor typos

Influence of L-lysine sulfate on containing of vitamins and minerals in the body of broiler chickens
Experimental researches have shownthatthe L-lysine sulfate (the product of microbiological synthesis) has a positive effect on metabolism of vitamins A, E, C in the liver and minerals calcium and phosphorus in the blood and bones of broiler chickens. The dose of L-lysine sulfate of 800 mg-kg" 1 and 1000 mg-kg-1 weight body has influence on increasing vitamins level in the liver. Was observed, that indexes of calcium and phosphorus are increased in the blood but it’s decreased in the bones of broiler chickens. This results are necessary for Veterinary Pharmacology Consults and official practically using in agricultural sectors of Russian Federatio
