Breather Solution of the Nonlinear Klein-Gordon Equation in the Redistribution of Small Amplitude
An approximate breather solution of the equation describing the propagation of solitary electromagnetic waves in a graphene superlattice is obtained
A transverse current rectification in graphene superlattice
A model for energy spectrum of superlattice on the base of graphene placed on
the striped dielectric substrate is proposed. A direct current component which
appears in that structure perpendicularly to pulling electric field under the
influence of elliptically polarized electromagnetic wave was derived. A
transverse current density dependence on pulling field magnitude and on
magnitude of component of elliptically polarized wave directed along the axis
of a superlattice is analyzed.Comment: 12 pages, 6 figure
Effect of Laser Radiation on the Energy Spectrum of 2D Electrons with Rashba Interaction
Abstract Quasienergy spectrum of the 2D electron gas with Rashba interaction under the influence of high-frequency electromagnetic wave polarized elliptically was obtained. Splitting of energy subbands in the material at the presence of high-frequency laser radiation was revealed. Magnetoconductivity as function of wave intensity was calculated. Conductivity of 2D electron gas was shown to have minimum at the certain values of amplitude of high-frequency electric field
Breather solution of non-linear Klein-Gordon equation
A technique for obtaining an approximate breather solution of the
Klein-Gordon equation is presented. A breather solution of the equation
describing the propagation of nonlinear waves in a graphene-based superlattice
is investigated.Comment: 16 pages, 5 figure
