Structure and Dynamics of Tree Stands at the Upper Timberline in the Western Part of the Putorana Plateau

Analysis of the age structure of Dahurian larch (Larix gmelinii Rupr.) forests in the western part of the Putorana Plateau (Sukhie Gory Range) and comparison of diachronous topographic maps and satellite images have revealed changes in the altitudinal position of the upper boundary of tree vegetation. the most significant changes occurred on south- and southwest-facing slopes. Correlations of trunk diameters with the phytomass of trees and its fractions have been found. the course of changes in the structure and phytomass of tree stands in the upper timberline over the past centuries has been reconstructed. Статья посвящена отражению российской тематики в современном дискурсе польских политических элит. Данная проблема приобретает особую актуальность в свете того факта, что Польша наряду с балтийскими государствами становится основным инициатором и проводником антироссийских санкций в ЕС. Таким образом, исследование позиций основных польских политических сил по данному вопросу позволяет сделать предположения относительно статичности или же возможной динамичности польской внешней политики. Результаты проведенного анализа показали, что дискурс основных польских политических сил носит гомогенный антироссийский характер. Исходя из этого можно сказать, что российский вектор внешней политики Польши не притерпет изменений даже в случае возникновения метаморфоз на польской политической арене. Кроме того, принимая во внимание полученные выводы, представляется, что со стороны Польши можно ожидать дальнейших антироссийских инициатив, таких как ужесточение визовой политики, ареста капиталов российских граждан за рубежом и другого. Результаты работы могут быть полезны широкому кругу лиц, деятельность которых связана со взаимодействием как с Польской Республикой в частности, так и с европейским направлением в целом

Methodology for the Formation of a Balanced Set of Sustainable Indicators for Assessing Regional Vocational Education

To assess the state of the regional vocational education system, the authors developed an open five-level assessment model, on the basis of which a set of studies was performed, including cluster and factor analysis. Based on the use of the main components method, a methodology for reducing the dimension of an array of indicators for subsequent clustering of regions is proposed.For the first time, the joint use of regression analysis and the method of main components for obtaining a stable set of indicators for assessing the regional vocational education system was proposed and tested.A relationship was found between the stability of the assessment model of the vocational education system and the directions of action of indicators, both within one indicator group and in different indicator groups
