Gauge semi-simple extension of the Poincar\'e group
Based on the gauge semi-simple tensor extension of the Poincar\'e group
another alternative approach to the cosmological term problem is proposed.Comment: Latex, 4 pages. Correction of misprint
On Alternative Supermatrix Reduction
We consider a nonstandard odd reduction of supermatrices (as compared with
the standard even one) which arises in connection with possible extension of
manifold structure group reductions. The study was initiated by consideration
of the generalized noninvertible superconformal-like transformations. The
features of even- and odd-reduced supermatrices are investigated on a par. They
can be unified into some kind of "sandwich" semigroups. Also we define a
special module over even- and odd-reduced supermatrix sets, and the generalized
Cayley-Hamilton theorem is proved for them. It is shown that the odd-reduced
supermatrices represent semigroup bands and Rees matrix semigroups over a unit
group.Comment: 22 pages, Standard LaTeX with AmS font
SOME ABSTRACT PROPERTIES OF SEMIGROUPS APPEARING IN SUPERCONFORMAL THEORIES
A new type of semigroups which appears while dealing with
superconformal symmetry in superstring theories is considered. The ideal series
having unusual abstract properties is constructed. Various idealisers are
introduced and studied. The ideal quasicharacter is defined. Green's relations
are found and their connection with the ideal quasicharacter is established.Comment: 11 page
On the Issue of State Support of Agriculture: Regional Aspect
Agro-industrial complex (AIC) - a complex socio-economic system, which includes companies with different forms of ownership and management. State regulation should ensure the effective functioning of agro-industrial complex as a single mechanism, taking into account the equality of all forms of economic entities, based on the harmonization of their interests. In addition, AIC is complex and biotech system. In agriculture, the most important use natural means of production. Land, water, etc. On results of operations is greatly affected by climatic and meteorological conditions, which determine the risky nature of production in agriculture. Agriculture, in view of the fact that this industry is the most capital and energy-intensive, less attractive to investors and entrepreneurs. In its development of agriculture and food yields 33 processing industry, which uses imported raw materials, the volume of which is growing faster than domestic production. Therefore, state regulation and support the development of agro-industrial complex - a objective necessity of a market economy.

Dividend Payments and Cross-country Differences in the Choice of Dividend
One of the hallmarks of good corporate governance is a well built and complies with the dividend policy, taking into account the interests of both the majority and minority shareholders, companies need to preserve and accrued competitive position in the market. Companies that pay dividends pay attention to credit rating agencies. A comparative analysis of the main indicators of dividend in the emerging markets of Russia and Poland with the performance of the developed markets of France and Germany. In the Russian data tested Lintner model describes well the trajectory of dividend payments in the developed markets. Isolated set of financial results of Russian companies that have an impact on their decision to pay dividends on the selected size of payments, revealed differences in dividend-making companies that have carried out cross-listing from making dividend companies whose shares are listed in Russia. This paper discusses mainly observed the company's decision to pay or not to pay dividends and the establishment of the amount of dividends in each year separately. For a description of such decisions used the term “dividend of choice” or “dividend decisions”. It also shows that dividend decisions of companies can vary significantly in different countries.

Generalizations of Nonlinear and Supersymmetric Classical Electrodynamics
We first write down a very general description of nonlinear classical
electrodynamics, making use of generalized constitutive equations and
constitutive tensors. Our approach includes non-Lagrangian as well as
Lagrangian theories, allows for electromagnetic fields in the widest possible
variety of media (anisotropic, piroelectric, chiral and ferromagnetic), and
accommodates the incorporation of nonlocal effects. We formulate
electric-magnetic duality in terms of the constitutive tensors. We then propose
a supersymmetric version of the general constitutive equations, in a superfield
approach.Comment: 15 pages, based on the presentation by G. A. Goldin at QTS
Magnetic operations: a little fuzzy physics?
We examine the behaviour of charged particles in homogeneous, constant and/or
oscillating magnetic fields in the non-relativistic approximation. A special
role of the geometric center of the particle trajectory is elucidated. In
quantum case it becomes a 'fuzzy point' with non-commuting coordinates, an
element of non-commutative geometry which enters into the traditional control
problems. We show that its application extends beyond the usually considered
time independent magnetic fields of the quantum Hall effect. Some simple cases
of magnetic control by oscillating fields lead to the stability maps differing
from the traditional Strutt diagram.Comment: 28 pages, 8 figure
Nonlinear Supersymmetric Quantum Mechanics: concepts and realizations
Nonlinear SUSY approach to preparation of quantum systems with pre-planned
spectral properties is reviewed. Possible multidimensional extensions of
Nonlinear SUSY are described. The full classification of ladder-reducible and
irreducible chains of SUSY algebras in one-dimensional QM is given. Emergence
of hidden symmetries and spectrum generating algebras is elucidated in the
context of Nonlinear SUSY in one- and two-dimensional QM.Comment: 75 pages, Minor corrections, Version published in Journal of Physics
Flavonoid-containing pharmaceutical composition with phlebotonic and anti-inflammatory properties
The aim of the work was to study the anti-inflammatory properties of a combination of flavonoids of natural origin as active pharmaceutical ingredients for the creation of a new medicinal product in the form of suppositories
