Lens image quality athermalization for infrared medical cameras
The article focuses on resolving the challenge of maintaining image quality in IR lenses of medical thermography cameras due to thermal instability, which can arise when these devices operate in environments with fluctuating temperatures. The paper provides a succinct analysis of the potential areas where thermography can be applied. Natural resources are increasingly exposed to negative human anthropogenic impacts every year. Today, the qualitative and quantitative composition of hunting resources of Lviv Region is characterized by poor dynamics. Despite a small increase in the number, the quality composition and the density of the stock population are better and show a tendency to decrease. The main reason for this situation is the increase in the number of hunting grounds and hunters without sufficient capital investment in the development of the hunting industry. On the basis of the actual statistical data, the dynamics of the number of ratites and fur game animals in Lviv Region for the period of 2015-2017 has been analysed. Compared to 2016, the total number of game animals increased by 1.8 % in 2017. For the same period, the number of ratites increased by 0.6 % and fur β by 2.5 %. Changes in quantitative and qualitative composition of hunting resources are investigated. The species that show the annual tendency to reduce their quantity are revealed. In particular, the number of deer spotted in three years (2015-2017) decreased by 27.1 %. The number of other types of game animals shows a positive dynamics: during 2017, compared to 2016, the number of bison increased by 15.4 %, deer noble β almost 2 %, European goats β by 1.5 %, and European hare β by 2.5 %.The density of rational and furry species for the analysed period has been calculated. It was revealed that the density of game animals during the analysed period is reduced. The volumes of extraction of game animals of Lviv Region for the analysed period have been studied. The number of harvested animals decreased by 3 % in 2017 compared to 2016. The increase in the number and density of game animals requires, above all, significant funds for their protection and reproduction, biotechnical measures, the establishment of biotechnical structures, harvesting of forages for the winter period, and the creation of special fodder fields. Thus, it is proposed to combat poaching and reduce the number of hunts for rational species, carried out in a collective way. The main problem of the hunting economy of Ukraine is the imperfection of the legal and regulatory framework for a specific scheme for the provision of hunting grounds for use, fees for their use and compensation for losses incurred. Hunting remains one of the non-profit sectors of the national economy. First of all, the issue of effective use of hunting grounds remains unresolved. Hunting of Ukraine needs reformation and effective strategic steps that would be based on the principles of sustainable development. On the basis of topical statistical data, the distribution of hunting grounds of Lviv Region among users was analysed as of 31. 01. 2017. The actual distribution of hunting grounds is compared with the distribution of lands as of 01.01.2016. Changes in the quantitative composition of hunting grounds and their users are investigated. Changes in the areas of Lviv Region lands for the analysed period were researched. The problems related to the use of hunting grounds are revealed. The analysis of the regulatory framework on hunting economy of Ukraine was carried out. The experience of European countries in the field of hunting economy is considered. The flaws in the legislation of the hunting industry are revealed, in particular, the absence of a system of liability for violation of this legislation. There are no clear norms and procedures for the provision of hunting grounds for use. Therefore, there is a need to increase the resource potential of hunting grounds and develop criteria for their effective use in Lviv Region. Changes in the total area and distribution of hunting grounds in the Lviv Region for the analysed period are insignificant. The number of users has increased from 74 to 79. An annual increase in the area of hunting grounds is inappropriate. The inventory of hunting grounds is recommended to be performed. Legislative acts require changes to ensure effective use of hunting grounds. The ways of improvement of hunting grounds management are offered.
