The above title of the article stands to pleasing that not to harm and destroying "knowledge society in India". However the delight and held in reverence to moral dedicated politicians in our country. Meanwhile there shall be healthy criticism but finding out who the culprits are those who planned behind the curtain to destroying education in newly formed Telangana glorious State. Set of issues about education destruction, Tracing out the ground reality of deliberate decisions which spoiled completely the beautiful quality environment of education in our Telangana state. These worst things happened in Telangana state due to the miscreant attitudes that expose their villainous traits in so called democratic rule. In spite of all evils against education in Telangana state, we all should give a big thanks to God who established immovable solid constitutional foundation through the incredible man Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. In this connection, most valuable caution to teachers of state and our country India. Teaching is noble profession that can establish the development of society. If teachers don’t realise and repent for quality teaching which they can gain by commitment and dedication, they are to become ‘one of the major reasons’ for society destruction. There is an inspiring statement ‘Good teachers matter more than the curriculum and administration. There are millions of dedicated teachers which produced by India. Thanks to mother India. But few are to bring bad name and sluggish by losing their valuable opportunity. The gist of this article is the criminal politics and "lawbreaking allocation of budget funds" for education in Telangana Government fell shocked since 2014. This is the exact core reason the destruction schemed started

High-temperature ferroelectric order and magnetic field-cooled effect driven magnetoelectric coupling in R2BaCuO5 (R= Er, Dy, Sm)

The high-temperature ferroelectric order and a remarkable magnetoelectric effect driven by the magnetic field cooling are reported in R2BaCuO5 (R = Er, Dy, Sm) series. The ferroelectric (FE) orders are observed at much higher temperatures than their magnetic orders for all three members. The value of FE Curie temperature (TFE) is considerably high as ~ 235 K with the polarization value (P) of ~ 1410 {\mu}C/m2 for a 4 kV/cm poling field in case of Er2BaCuO5, whereas the values of TFE and P are also promising as ~ 232 K and ~ 992 {\mu}C/m2 for Dy2BaCuO5, and ~ 184 K and ~ 980 {\mu}C/m2 for Sm2BaCuO5. The synchrotron diffraction studies of Dy2BaCuO5 confirm a structural transition at TFE to a polar Pna21 structure, which correlates the FE order. An unusual magnetoelectric coupling is observed below the R order for Er and Dy compounds and below the Cu order for Sm compound, when the pyroelectric current is recorded only with the magnetic field both in heating and cooling cycles i.e. typical magnetic field cooled effect. The magnetic field cooled effect driven emergence of polarization is ferroelectric in nature, as it reverses due to the opposite poling field. The unexplored R2BaCuO5 series attracts the community for large TFE, high P value, and strange magnetoelectric consequences.Comment: 9 figures and 2 supporting figure

Lasuna rasayana in management of parkinsonism-a case report

Parkinsonism is a disease with insidious onset and slow progression. It is one of the most common extrapyramidal disorders seen in clinical practice. Parkinsonism can be correlated with Kampavata in Ayurveda based on similar symptomatology. This case presents an intriguing scenario of Parkinsonism, with the patient having undergone allopathic medication for the last two years. Additionally, Ayurvedic treatments and Rasayana therapy have been introduced as complementary measures. The patient underwent Avaranagna and Vatavyadi chikitsa, incorporating practices such as Agni deepanam, Amapachanam, Snehana svedanam, Shodanam, and Rasayana chikitsa for a holistic therapeutic approach. Patients assessment was conducted using modified Hoehn and Yahr scale, Schwab and England ADL scale, Parkinson’s disease composite scale and PDQ 39 scale on the 0th day and 42th day.  Quality of life scale PDQ-39 SI score was improved from 53.25 pre-treatment to 35.79 post treatment. Following 42 days of treatment incorporated with ayurvedic treatment procedures, coupled with Rasayana therapy, demonstrated a notable amelioration of symptoms, a reduction in disability, and an enhancement in the overall quality of life

Treatment of dermatophyte toenail onychomycosis with itraconazole

Background: Onychomycosis is fungal infection of nail. The prevalence of onychomycosis varies across the world. It is lower in tropical countries (3.8%) than in sub-tropical countries and countries in the temperate zone (23%). The risk of onychomycosis is higher in persons with diabetes mellitus and human immunodeficiency virus infection. Systemic antifungals are recommended for treatment. Topical antifungals are less effective. Different cure rates have been reported by different authors for terbinafine, itraconazole and fluconazole therapy. A variety of regimens (continuous or pulse) have also been suggested. Methods: Here in this study we report a prospective, observational, cohort study of pulse itraconazole therapy in toenail onychomycosis caused by dermatophytes over a period of one year in patients with SCIO scores between 6 to 9.Results: It was observed that mean age of patients was 38.96 years. 57.27 % study subjects had complete clinical improvement to oral itraconazole three pulses regimen. One pulse consisted of 200 mg twice per day given for one week, followed by a three weeks interval. Thus, this regimen was repeated thrice. Conclusions: This study shows the substantial benefit with itraconazole pulse regimen in toenail onychomycosis. The outcome this study is comparable with previously published data and may encourage the usage of itraconazole pulse regimen for the treatment of dermatophyte toenail onychomycosis in adults
