The role of leasing companies in the economy of the Russian Federation
Increased production and investment in order to meet growing demand are necessary for the sustainable development of the economy. Leasing, as a tool, can significantly help in the implementation of these tasks. It is a signifi factor in economic growth, contributing to an increase in the production volume of goods and services through the creation of new production capacities and the attraction of investment resources. A comparative characteristic of leasing in Russia and other countries of the world has been introduced in the article, the current situation on the Russian market and its expected development in the future is described, the diff rences between leasing and rental relationship have been revealed
ASSESSMENT OF THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF RUSSIAN BANKS AND WAYS TO IMPROVE
The indicators, necessary for the improvement of the system of assessment of the financial condition of the banks of Russia, have been analyzed. The reasons of inefficient assessment of the bank’s activity results and the resulting negative consequences have been considered. The hypothesis about the necessity of application of methods of forecasting at acceptance of strategically important administrative decisions and expert estimation of a current situation for avoidance of the critical situations, leading to bankruptcy and insolvency in the sphere of bank activity has been put forward. The main causes of crisis situations occurrence, taking into account the dynamics of external and internal indicators, have been considered. A list of indicators, consisting of two groups that should be taken into account when assessing the financial condition of Russian banks, has been presented. Despite the apparent transparency of the indicators under study, a practical problem of forming a single methodology arises, that would lead to a significant increase in the adequacy of assessment of the performance of Russian banks
High intensity study of THz detectors based on field effect transistors
Terahertz power dependence of the photoresponse of field effect transistors,
operating at frequencies from 0.1 to 3 THz for incident radiation power density
up to 100 kW/cm^2 was studied for Si metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect
transistors and InGaAs high electron mobility transistors. The photoresponse
increased linearly with increasing radiation power up to kW/cm^2 range. The
saturation of the photoresponse was observed for all investigated field effect
transistors for intensities above several kW/cm^2. The observed signal
saturation is explained by drain photocurrent saturation similar to saturation
in direct currents output characteristics. The theoretical model of terahertz
field effect transistor photoresponse at high intensity was developed. The
model explains quantitatively experimental data both in linear and nonlinear
(saturation) range. Our results show that dynamic range of field effect
transistors is very high and can extend over more than six orderd of magnitudes
of power densities (from 0.5 mW/cm^2 to 5 kW/cm^2)
Mechanochemistry and solubilization of drugs
The results on solubilization of poorly water-soluble drugs,
indomethacin, piroxicam, and meloxicam, with the help of
mechanochemical methods are presented. The mechanocomposites
of the drugs with various excipients, including soluble
polymers and non-soluble fine porous inorganic oxides, were
obtained by co-grinding using vibrational and planetary
centrifugal mills. The samples obtained revealed higher release rate and apparent solubility of the drugs with respect to the initial ones. Nevertheless, in some cases, e.g. for composites of piroxicam with alumina and ferric oxide, decreasing the release rate and solubility of the drug was observed suggesting the formation of poorly soluble strong drug - carrier associates
