Global warming and climate change are caused by increased in the greenhouse gases emission. Deforestation is one of the main contributors of the increased in greenhouse gases emission. In Central Kalimantan, deforestation has caused massive forest fi re, water depletion and people being marginalized. There is a need for a mitigation strategy to protect people in this area from the adverse effect of global warming and climate change.The National program for REDD+ was piloted in Central Kalimantan to provide showcase of deforestation mitigation measures and improving community's welfare. The key element in the implementation of REDD+ in Central Kalimantan is the active participation, especially the indigenous people, in developing social and environment safeguard system. The indigenous people have been resisting to be marginalized and isolated from natural resource extractions. They often used cultural attributes for social movement when formal dialogue failed. In some cases, they used “head hunter” for restoring their cultural honor. For the indigenous people, land right, cultural values and local wisdom are key principles for sustaining natural resource utilization. The violation against these three principles often leads to social confl ict and violence. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the three issues in the development agenda in this area. In addition, it is also important to understand the culture of the indigenous community, and to develop their capacity to create local wisdom
Pendidikan Islami Bagi Penyandang Autisme
Education is important for humans, including people with autism. However, there are still many autistic people who have difficulty learning. One of the difficulties experienced is learning about Islam. The purpose of this study: 1). The Importance of Islamic Education for People with Autism in Palangkaraya City, 2). Islamic Education Model for the Autism in the City of Palangkaraya. the type of research used is qualitative research using narrative strategy. The Data collection is done by interview and documentation. Subjects in the study, are 1). Teacher, 2). Parents, 3). The religious figure, 4). Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palangka Raya City. The data analysis techniques used was descriptive analytics. The results obtained in this study emphasize that autistic people are still obliged to study religion, especially Islam. This is evident from the participation of people with autism in Islamic studies in schools. While at home, parents still teach their children about religion. The learning of Islam given is very varied through the process of guidance, equalization of treatment with peers, imitation of peer behavior, and murotal therapy of the Qur\u27an

and serves as a science to improve impaired speech in the Indonesian language, which will also affect

Through course, Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya students' who came from Thailand
has been quite able to recite the alphabet and make a simple sentence that can be used in
communications. However, this ability stills needs to be aharpened in order to become proficient

Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of children with special needs individually vary. However, its main characteristics, namely experiencing weakness in the academic field. Decommissioning Options Assessment on Environmental Impact and Economic Impact for Fixed Offshore Platform
Decommissioning activity is undeniable has high potential on environment risk and also not economic in term of cost. The concern on these issues increasing as many parties realized the exploration of oil and gas is developing year by year. Thus, many platforms need to execute decommissioning once they reach their productive life. Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA) is designed as a tool to assess the impacts systemically, technically and analytically by quantifying the associated impacts. The assessment will be conducted using two LCA tools which are Process based Method and EIO-LCA Method. Both tools will be used to compare and evaluate the effects and differences between two decommissioning options (Complete Removal and Partial Removal) in term of energy consumption and greenhouse gaseous emissions and also economic impacts

Children with autism are children with distinctive characteristics that require unique education anyway. Therefore, teachers understanding to the characteristics of children with autism are very helpful in the selection of a given model of education. This research was conducted in SLBN 1 Palangkaraya in order to determine the characteristics of children with autism in SLBN 1 Palangka Raya as well as a model of education provided by the teachers. The study focused on children with autism in Junior High School, amounting to 5 (five) people. Based on the results of the study, there were differences in the characteristics possessed by the five children with autism. Such differences can be observed from the ability to speak and the ability of the learning process. While based on the edsucational model used by the teacher is a model of behavior modification. Through this model of behavior modification, children with autism are educated to have the ability to interact socially and communicate with others and able to be part of the class
