    Strategic management of virtual education for quality of learning in university students, Covid-19, Peru

    The objective of this review article is to describe the strategic management that was given to virtual education in such a way as to guarantee a quality standard of learning for university students in times of pandemic. For this, through a bibliographic review, the state of the art of university management provided during the COVID-19 pandemic is reviewed, in which higher-level educational institutions through their respective administrative areas in union with the state they looked for ways to be able to resume academic activities that had to cease due to the confinement decreed by the Peruvian state, due to this, virtual education was chosen, a model that allowed continuing academic activities, however this led to various new challenges that had to be faced as the model was implemented. It is concluded that, although virtual education in its initial implementation caused various problems, thanks to the strategic management provided by the different universities hand in hand with the Peruvian state, it is possible to provide a quality education taking advantage of the multiple benefits that education offers. virtual

    Factores cr?ticos de ?xito gerenciales que influyen en las empresas familiares de Lima Metropolitana

    En la actualidad, se observa el surgimiento de muchas empresas familiares a nivel mundial. Solo en Per?, existen aproximadamente 659 000 empresas familiares, sin embargo, es sabido que no todas estas empresas son pr?speras de manera sostenible. Ante esta situaci?n, surgen algunas interrogantes: ?Cu?les son los factores claves para que una empresa familiar sea exitosa? ?Estos factores responden a cuestiones internas o externas de la organizaci?n? Esta investigaci?n pone inter?s en los factores relacionados a la gerencia. A fin de identificar los factores cr?ticos de ?xito de las empresas familiares, se realizaron entrevistas a 23 directivos de 9 empresas familiares, utilizando la metodolog?a de Bullen y Rockart (1981). Se identificaron once factores cr?ticos de ?xito. Los factores internos fueron ocho: contar con personal calificado, la calidad de atenci?n al cliente, la calidad del producto o servicio ofrecido, la innovaci?n, la capacitaci?n al personal, la responsabilidad con los proveedores, la gesti?n de ventas y el cumplimiento de pagos por deudas. Mientras que los factores cr?ticos externos fueron tres: el crecimiento econ?mico del pa?s y de su sector, la disponibilidad de l?neas de cr?ditos para el financiamiento de sus actividades productivas o de servicio, y la coyuntura pol?tica
