    DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-FRAMEWORK OPTIMAL STRUCTURE

The technique of web-frameworks performance estimating was created. Using this technique the theoretical proved optimal model o f web-framework was developed. Authors also worked out the prototype of such server and framework implementation on C++/Qt

Investigation of Biological and Photocatalytic Activity of Nanopowders Metal Oxides with Nanosized Silver Coating

Was carried out the assessment of photocatalytic, cytotoxic properties on cells and antibacterial properties against E. coli and Staphylococcus of oxides nanopowders with nanoscale silver coating. Is shown the promising use of such composites as a photocatalytic agent, as well as in medicine. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.The reported study was funded partially by RFBR and Sverdlovsk region, project 20-48-660019 р_а

RADIATION MODIFICATION OF CELLS LINE HELA BY CERIUM OXIDE NANOPARTICLES UNDER X-RAY IRRADIATION

Research of radiomodification properties of nanoparticles are high relevant. Samples of cells cultures line Hela was irradiated to absorbed doses of 5, 7.5, 10 Gy on arrangement Xstrahl 300 with 200 keV energy of X-ray after three days CONPs have been added in medium. The results allow us to make preliminary conclusion that the early adding concentrations 50 μcg / ml of CONPs increase the sensitivity of cancer cells

Properties and Biocompatibility of Colloid Cadmium Sulfide Nanoparticles

This work is devoted to the synthesis of CdS nanoparticles stabilized by EDTA and to the study of the biological effect of colloidal CdS nanoparticles on cell cultures.Работа выполнена в соответствии с государственным заданием Института химии твердого тела УрO РАН по теме №. 0397-2019-0001

APPLICATION OF METAL OXIDES NANOPARTICLES AS RADIOOMODIFICATORS IN RADIATION THERAPY

The study of the biological effect of nanoparticles together with ionizing radiation is highly relevant. Adding nanoparticles to the medium and the intracellular medium leads to a change in the radiation sensitivity of the tissues. This effect depends on the physicochemical properties of nanoparticles. Therefore, nanoparticles have great potential for use as a medicine for improving the course of radiation therapy

Influence of insulin on morphological characteristics of breast carcinoma cells in culture

    Get PDF
The effect of insulin on the polymorphism of cultured breast carcinoma cells, which manifests itself in changes in the morphological parameters of cells in culture over several passages, has been establishedУстановлено влияние инсулина на полиморфизм культивируемых клеток карциномы молочной железы, проявляющихся в изменении морфологических показателей клеток в культуре на протяжении нескольких пассаже

INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECT OF CERIUM DIOXIDE NANOPARTICLES ON THE RADIOSENSITIVITY OF LYMPHOSARCOMA

The ability of CeO2 nanoparticles to modify the radiosensitivity of rat lymphosarcoma cells was studied. According to the results of the experiment, the CeO2 nanoparticles caused an increase in the viability of cells under irradiation.Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФФИ и Чешского научного фонда в рамках научного проекта № 20-58-26002. Авторы признательны В.Г. Ильвесу за получение нанопорошков

RADIATION-INDUCED ADAPTIVE RESPONSE OF HELA CELLS AND DERMAL HUMAN FIBROBLAST

In the work, we investigate the adaptive response of Hela cells and dermal human fibroblast on exposure of LDR. The culture cells were irradiated on an Xstrahl 300, which produces X-rays with 200 keV energy. Studies have shown that adaptive response induced by Low-dose radiation (LDR) is manifested in DHF cells. LDR does not induce the radioadaptive response in tumoral Hela cells. We have found an increase in the radiosensitivity to ionizing radiation in Hela cells

RESEARCH OF IONIZING RADIATION INFLUENCE ON VIABILITY CELLS IN CULTURE

The effects of ionizing radiation on human dermal fibroblasts and rat tumor fibroblast line K-22 were studied. The samples were irradiated using beta-emitter 90Sr+90I. The results showed decrease in viability of human dermal fibroblasts in the exposure range from 5 to 10 Gy
