<p>Intimal thickening and fibrous obstruction of septal veins and preseptal venules (asterixis) as well as features of pulmonary capillary hemangiomatosis with proliferation of dilated and congested capillaries as well as dilated lymphatic (left upper and right lower part of the figure; arrowhead).
