Essential characteristics of physical education in the context of new sociocultural transformations of society and young students’ standarts

The article presents the socio-philosophical aspects of physical education which under the influence of external factors are filled with new content, reflecting the exceptional importance of the process of education of necessary for adaptation physical qualities to an everchanging world. The processes of personality transformation reflect contradictions in the study of the rational and irrational in individual’s life which indicates an anthroposocietal approach. There are many concepts of modern sports in the scientific resources. The sociocultural essence of physical education is reflected in the needs of society in specific forms and ways of communication and interaction of individuals, groups and communities In this regard, the essential characteristics of physical education are considered by the authors as «evaluation» of his body in terms of execution of motor actions associated with manifestation of speed-strength and psychological characteristics of a person necessary for the «construction» of the body and the "right relationship" development to their corporality.В статье представлены социально-философские аспекты физической культуры, которые в условиях влияния внешних факторов наполнены новым содержанием, отражающим исключительную важность процесса воспитания физических качеств, необходимых для адаптации к постоянно меняющемуся миру. Процессы трансформации личности отражают противоречия в изучении рационального и иррационального в жизнедеятельности личности, что указывает на антропосоциетальный подход. В научной литературе существует множество концепций современного спорта, а социально-культурная сущность физической культуры отражена в потребности общества в специфических формах и способах общения и взаимодействия индивидов, групп и общностей. В этой связи сущностные характеристики физической культуры рассматриваются авторами как «оценка» собственного тела в условиях выполнения двигательных действий, связанных с проявлением скоростно-силовых и психологических особенностей личности, необходимых для «конструирования» тела и формирования «правильного отношения» к своей телесности

Organizational and economic problems of integrated educational market, ensuring development of a university under conditions of constantly changing requirements in the sphere of physical and sports activities

The article presents the results of studies reflecting the processes of globalization, internationalization and the liberal nature of the educational services market in the last decade, which have had an impact on society entering a period of radical reforms, which requires the education system to be more flexible and faster in responding to changes in a market-oriented economy, depending on the impact of the crisis. In the aspect of the integration of education in the post-Soviet space, conditions have arisen under which it is necessary to find effective forms of interaction aimed at solving organizational and economic problems. In this case, the authors believe that physical education and sports activities carried out in the post-Soviet space (Russia and Belarus) are characterized by a common development vector. Means of implementing the educational process in the context of its systemicsynergetic management and correction of the pedagogical process are determined.В статье представлены результаты исследований, отражающие процессы глобализации, интернационализации и либерального характера рынка образовательных услуг в последнее десятилетие, которые оказали влияние на общество, вступающее в полосу радикальных реформ, что требует от системы образования более гибкого и опережающего реагирования на изменения в рыночно-ориентированной экономике в зависимости от влияния кризисных явлений. В аспекте интеграции образования на постсоветском пространстве сложились условия, при которых необходимо найти эффективные формы взаимодействия, направленные на решение организационно-экономических проблем. В данном случае авторы полагают, что физкультурно-спортивная деятельность, осуществляемая на постсоветском пространстве (Россия и Беларусь), характеризуется общим вектором развития.
